Matching Info Day – 19th Oct in Lancaster Gate

We have been holding Parents Matching Convocations in Europe twice a year to inform and assist parents in the matching and blessing of their children. We plan to continue these three-day international programmes and currently find the excellent youth hostels in Germany best suited for this purpose.

We are, however, seeking to respond to a need for more frequent and shorter programmes that convey much of the same information, hence the "Parents Matching Information Day".

At this new-style 'Information Day' we will not be able to provide the display of candidates' profiles – that is only possible in the context of a full weekend – but it will be a full day of valuable information, testimony and sharing, with plenty of opportunity for asking questions. We are sure it will be of real help to parents, especially those who have not attended a Parents Matching Convocation before or who feel that the time and travel distances involved in doing so are prohibitive.

The 1st Parents Matching Information Day

When: Saturday 19 October, 2013 Where: 43 Lancaster Gate (FFWPU UK Headquarters) Time: Registration at 9:30 am for 10:00 am start Cost: £30 per person, £40 for a couple (includes lunch and dinner)

The Director of the European Second Generation Blessing Department, Geros Kunkel, will come from Germany to make some presentations, and will be there to answer your questions. David and Kyung-Ja Hanna, Susan and Ashley Crossthwaite and others involved with Second Generation matching and blessing will be present.

If you require accommodation on the Friday night and/or Saturday night, Livingstone House in South East London has some beds available (call Clive and Maria Pollitt on 0208 467 0187), but you might well be able to find yourself some inexpensive accommodation in Central London, should you need it. We ask that you take care of any accommodation matters individually, thanks.
