Through the Bible, you will be able to understand about Jesus' family tree. So how are these two families connected? If we look at the True Father's words from the beginning, it ended with Mary. However, True Father had to actually be grafted out of the seed of Adam. From Adam to Jesus, there is a disconnection. It's not that clear even in the Bible. Just before Jesus came, there is a story of how Jesus came, so spiritually, yes, it's connected, but from the lectures we have and from the research we did, there's no way we can prove it. We can only prove it spiritually because the record of history was not clear; it was written and then stopped. It wasn't like one flow of the whole history. If we think about the blood lineage, we can only look at Genesis and see that he actually left to the East at one point. Someone, Tangum, who is the first ancestor of Korea, came from one of the tribes that had flown to the East. To be honest, we cannot see that clearly; it's not written in history somewhere, so this is just an assumption.

In the whole Bible, there are many things that have been written about the Israelites, but only very important events were actually properly written. When we're trying to explain the relation of restoration, we can only try and explain it spiritually, especially when we have to connect both. I'm very sorry that we cannot have evidence; it’s really weak. The evidence is quite weak. How did Zacharias, a priest, have his lineage cleared and ready for the Messiah? Again, we cannot see clearly where it actually connects. It's really hard. True Jesus came from the Middle East, but in order to justify how he was able to be one of the persons that had the lineage connected to our True Parents, it's very hard; it's practically impossible. You have to see the big picture, not the little details.

There was a question about how Solomon was related to this. If you do not understand the Providence of restoration, you will not be able to understand the story of Solomon. Solomon was the second child of Bathsheba and David, not the first. You can think that it's going to be about the restoration of the Adam and Cain relationship, which means he became a central figure for the restoration of this elder son relationship. That's why God allowed for this to happen. If you understand, then that person who asked the question could understand. If you couldn't, then just come after the lecture, and I'll explain it clearly. Normally, in Europe, we have debates, so it's usually normal to discuss things. That's why when you ask a question, I try to answer you.

I'm going to tell you this time about the awakening of our True Father. He knew that he came to fulfill the missions of the first, second, and third Adams. He knew at 16 that he had to help the Providence of restoration. Before he understood, he was searching for God in nature. After he understood that he was the Messiah, he realised the seriousness of his responsibility. He knew that everything would depend on him, whether he could restore humankind or not. After he understood he was the Messiah, he lived a very serious kind of life because he knew he had to restore human beings. He started changing his way of writing, basically creating deep content as preparation for the proclamation of the truth. There was everything even beyond Adam and Jesus that he knew he had to address because the first Adam fell before he could reach 16, and Jesus could establish a spiritual foundation but was not able to create a family.

In 1935, on the 17th, he experienced his death and resurrection on the mountain of God. Do you know about the 36 couples? They were separated in two ways: one group was like Adam and Eve before the fall, and the other group represented those who had not fallen. Even though some lived in the fallen world, others represented those who had not gone through all this. For example, if we explain to people in the fallen world about the 36 couples, it will be difficult for them to understand. The idea is about overcoming levels and growing, and that is your life. If we tell this to some people, they will be completely confused. It's impossible for fallen human beings to understand that concept. In the beginning, True Father couldn't explain this because he was in a position where he couldn't tell this, and there was a time when he could not understand God as well.

Now he can tell this to some people who were there during his time. He is able to talk about the God of night and the God of day. He is living this life, but the people who have old thoughts get confused. They don't understand what he means. You have to be able to understand True Father's words now, the current words he is saying, but it's hard because they have old ideas in their heads. In the past, True Father received his mission from Jesus when he was 16. Jesus came to him and told him his mission. If you look at this message clearly, you can see that we are like orphans. All human beings need to be restored. Who told us to do this? Was it Jesus or God? It was God who told him to do it. The first person that came to him was God, not Jesus. God said, 'Your job is to restore this world.' Then Jesus came to explain his mission, saying, 'Things I could not do, please do it for me.'

True Father had a job of restoring humankind, and his awakening was an incident where he came to understand his identity. He realised he was not just the Son of God but also the person to restore humankind. From that time on, he began a purpose-driven life of devotion. Was he sent or was he called? If he was called, then we need to understand that carefully. If he was sent as the Messiah, then God had to create the basis for a baby seed to come and also create the environment for him to come. God did create that environment. Even when we see dramas or different movies, people don't actually feel for True Father. If we can understand, on April 10, 2010, he said, 'I was born.' Before he could become our True Parents and succeed at that level, he had to complete the Heavenly law of becoming one not only with God but also completing the creation of the new lineage.

It's important to understand that not anyone can be a Messiah. The significance of having been sent by God is that True Parents existed prior to creation. Because he came as the baby seed of God, he became the foundation created by God. He was God's representative. Adam created Fallen Eve, and it's about Adam meeting Fallen Eve and restoring her through eight stages: as a daughter, a mother, a grandmother, a queen, and then becoming one with God. Later on, as the wife of God, he has to help this Fallen Eve grow through all these eight stages and become again as Eve without the fall. When Adam and Eve become husband and wife, that will be the final victory. It wasn't just the fallen nature that Eve got after her relationship with Lucifer; she lost the eight stages she had to create or grow through. Adam was chosen by God to come, but he still had to find this lady and help her grow through all these eight stages to become a true mother or basically become God's second self.

The reason for the creation of Adam and Eve was not simple; it was the completion of human beings. This is when God can enter you, and you can become one with God. When you can become one with God, you can become a second God or a representative of God. True Father also spoke about the God of the day and the God of the night, and I will explain that a bit more tomorrow. If you become a second self of God, you are becoming God in the day.

Form, which basically states that God of the day is in you, means you are the physical being of God. The other God is the invisible God, the God of the night. The visible God is essentially you, representing God, while the invisible God is the God of the night. You can be the God of the day. You understand, don't you? You are very clever, and that's probably why you grasp this concept. I believe everyone understands. Now, can someone read this for me? Second generation, please read the poem 'Crown of Glory' until the end. It begins: 'When I doubt people, I feel pain. When I judge people, it is unbearable. When I hate people, there is no value to my existence.'

Let me clarify this. If I doubt people, I feel pain because I can see people and I have to be able to restore them. I do not want to have the fallen nature, which is doubt. If I judge people and say, 'Oh, you are like this,' then I feel pain. If I hate, there is no value to my existence. Why? Because I am the Messiah, and that is what the Messiah wrote. So please continue reading. 'Yet if I believe, I am deceived. If I love, I am betrayed, suffering and grieving, with my head in my hands.' If I believe these fallen people, I am deceived. Who was the first to be deceived? What happened to Jesus? He came to save humankind, trusted them, and then all twelve disciples left him and betrayed him. If I believe them, I am still deceived.

If he loves, he is betrayed. He cannot believe, and he must also believe he is in that kind of situation. This is true father or life. Please read from the heart. Am I wrong? Yes, I am wrong. Even though we are deceived, we still believe. Though we are betrayed, we still forgive. Love completely, even those who hate you. Wipe your tears away and welcome them with a smile. What do you think? Even if I don't believe, what is wrong with me? As I am the Messiah, God chose me because I came to help, and I have the responsibility to restore people. With this kind of heart, even if I get deceived, I will believe you. I will understand everything that happens to human beings. Anything you do to me, I will not ask. Even if you put me on the cross, I will still believe you. After you betray me, do anything to me. Even if I speak about the original form and you don't understand me, I will still love you.

Even if you continue to deceive me because of your fallen natures, I will still have to believe and forgive. This is the true father's message. The pain of loving is immense. Look at my hands; place your hand on my chest. My heart is bursting with such agony. But when I love those who acted against me, I brought victory. If you have done the same thing, I will give you the Crown of Glory. So, master, this is the pain of loving. Look at my hands; place your hand on my chest. I want to restore these people. I have decided to help them as a parent. My heart is bursting with agony because I want to protect and save the human race. But when I love, I have victory. If anyone can do the same, I will give the Crown of Glory to that person. It's through blessed families that he is talking about you.

In 2002, at the World Poetry Tournament by the Poet Association, he was awarded a top prize because of that poem. This is because he has the heart and wants to support and restore the world. He believes in us, the blessed families. Even if you deceive him, two thousand years ago, Jesus was alone and faced many problems. However, at this time, true father has more than twelve disciples, and he believes in us even if we deceive him. This is true father's heart. What is the awakening as Messiah and the actual realisation as Messiah? What happened after that? If true father can achieve this, then he will be able to feel that all the responsibility is on him—the responsibility of saving and restoring humankind. How much pain must that be on his shoulders?

As he lived the life of a Messiah, he understood and felt that he had to keep going. He realised that he had to wipe God's tears and just keep going. He knew he had to have the heart potential to bring substantial results. He understood that he had to be one with God. Why could he not talk to God? Before he was sixteen, he did not know about his responsibility. When he realised what he had to do as a Messiah, he created a roadmap for how he would restore humankind. He had to show God, 'This is what I am going to do, and this is how I am going to do it.' God acknowledged this and said, 'Okay, stay. This is how you show this; this is what you are doing.'

God knew that even if true father was going to sacrifice himself completely, he did not want to make him cry or suffer. He just had to keep it to himself. Even God wanted to help true father, but He could not do anything directly. He could only support him from behind. True father was suffering all by himself. He said, 'Look, this is it. He just has to keep going.' Even if Satan accuses him, he can do nothing about it but observe how far the fight goes. There was no one for Jesus or true father to talk to—neither Satan nor God, no one. When he was sixteen, he received a revelation from God about his public life. Can we change the slide, please?

When he was in elementary school, he had an idea of what he had to do. After he was sixteen, he was awakened to his current life. He lived without parents, mentors, or friends. That was his life. Who would he talk to? Who could he explain what he was going through to? Even God could not be his mentor because Satan would invade and could not support him. He was in a lonely position, without anyone. Externally and internally, he had to walk a path as a representative of God. He had to live in the body of a servant with the heart of a parent. True father used certain extreme languages when he swore, not to insult but because he felt he had to fight with Satan. To understand the Messiah, you have to study Korean.

When he was sixteen and seventeen, he was seeking God's existence in the Principle and searched all of Korea during the summer. He prayed, 'Please release this pity of the people from their tragic fate.' At that time, Japan was invading Korea, and the Koreans were suffering and starving. He saw people living and dying, and tears came to his eyes. He realised that these people were not just Koreans; they represented the whole world because he was the Messiah born in that nation. He looked at these people dying and felt it was truly pitiable. His prayer was, 'Please release these beautiful people from this tragic fate.' He felt the urgency to restore human beings. When he finished primary school, this was his face after graduation. How does he look?

Every generation, every few years, we see different pictures of our true parents. Look at his face. What do you think? Yes, exactly. He understood his position and what he had to do as a Messiah. That is his face—quite serious, isn't it? From April 12, 1938, he came to Seoul, leaving North Korea and moving to South Korea, which was not yet divided. I interviewed his friends from that commercial industrial vocational school. They were all outside members. I gathered them and provided food for dinner. For me to prove that true father was the Messiah was something very interesting. Some people, like church members, just listen to testimonies and accept them, but I wanted to know more from people outside the church. I asked seventeen people, including army men and high-ranking officials, about their experiences with him.

One person raised his hand and said, 'True father was not our friend.' I was surprised and turned red, but when I heard the rest of the conversation, I was very moved. Why would someone say they were not friends? What kind of background did he have? They replied, 'Our Reverend was not only three years older than us, but he was like our big brother as well as a father figure to us.' In Korea, during winter, we have a heating system where we burn wood to keep warm. When the smoke fills the classroom, true father would come in early to warm the room before class started. He would clean the whole place without showing that he had done it, and then he would keep studying. This was not just a one-time act; it was something he did regularly. Many people felt he was like a big brother to them.

When children finish school, they look for their parents. Similarly, when the students finished school, they felt very comfortable with him because he had a parental feeling. Another person from Chonan, who attended a university, said, 'I cannot forget Mr Yong.' At that time, his name was Yong Moon. One day, he had to go to school, but his father's business had collapsed, and he could not afford to go to school anymore. After the vacation, he became gloomy, knowing he could not return to school. He went to true father's house, and true father noticed his sad face and asked, 'What is wrong with you?' He then told the boy to wait and went to his room. He came out with an envelope from his chest pocket and gave it to the boy, saying, 'Don't worry about me. I have saved a lot of money. Just go and study.' The boy was so happy and moved that he didn't know how to thank him. He was overwhelmed with gratitude. When the new semester started, he wanted to see true father, but true father was not there. After a week, true father still hadn't arrived, and the boy's face grew dark and worried. After three weeks, true father finally arrived, looking thin and worn, and the boy realised that true father had given him his school money.

The tubes that have lots of smoke and are very dirty are cleaned once they become dangerous. They are cleaned once a year because of the gas involved, which makes the process risky. When you go to clean them, the pay is five times smaller than the normal rate. However, he knew he would get paid five times more for this work, so he worked there for three weeks and earned money for school. After he graduated, he always thought about how he could give back to Mr Yungy for the opportunity he had received.

When True Father went to Japan and returned after the war, he had been trying to meet him but had been unsuccessful. After the war ended, True Father's name had changed, making it harder to find him. One day, while walking, he unexpectedly met True Father and was moved to tears. Many of my children are actually people who met True Father when he was young, as I listened to their interviews and they joined us. There are about seven people who became my members, including some of True Father's friends, because during the interviews, I began giving them lectures.

My own faith has been about trying hard to prove how the Messiah is indeed the Messiah. Religion tends to grow during times of trouble and persecution. When things are calm and stable, growth stagnates, and we often get lost in our thoughts. This is a problem in developed countries. After hearing these kinds of lectures, I grow from the outside as well. I learn from the stories of others about how they met True Father and their experiences with him, which helps me grow in my own faith.

When True Father was 19, he became a Sunday school teacher at a church. He was teaching students, and I was surprised to learn about the landlord's daughter, Eong, and her mother, Mrs. Yung. Mrs. Yung was wealthy and gave donations to various religious leaders, not just in Christianity but also in Buddhism and other faiths. One day, she visited her daughter's house and heard a strange noise of prayer that she had never encountered before. Curious, she asked her daughter about it and discovered it was True Father praying.

True Father was living in a house that resembled a Japanese structure, and when Mrs. Yung went upstairs, she found him praying fervently. He was drenched in sweat and tears, and when he finished, she was so moved that she suggested he should be a preacher. This led to her creating a church for him, the Mongu Church. Every Sunday, he taught young children and later went to the mountains with the elders to give lectures on the Divine Principle. He was deeply involved in volunteer activities, especially during the time when many orphans were left behind due to the Japanese invasion of Korea.

True Father saved money to feed the orphans and took care of them, even cooking for them. However, his cooking was often too salty because he wanted to save money. His cousin recalled how painful it was to eat his food, but True Father was clever in his approach to feeding the children. They shared their resources, and he was determined to help as many as he could. This was a testament to his character and his commitment to serving others.

True Father lived a prayerful life and was serious about his studies. He would use a candle to read and even placed a knife beside him to prevent himself from falling asleep while studying. He believed that if he fell asleep, Satan would win. He trained himself to sleep only three hours a day, demonstrating his strong determination. He wrote about his struggles and his commitment to helping God until everyone is saved, reflecting on the heart of a parent who feels for their children even when they themselves are without sin.

This is the rock where True Father prayed often. During my two years in Hass, I would come close to that place, and I have a house nearby. Whenever I am in Korea, I visit that rock to pray and remember the devoted life True Father led. His dedication and the sacrifices he made are a constant reminder of the kind of heart we should have for humankind.
