Dear family members around the world, and especially our beloved family members in Mother’s homeland who continue even now to pour out their devotion.

Today we have heard news of how the entire world has offered devotion - worrying, praying, and cheering together. As brothers and sisters united under our Heavenly Parent, we all deeply feel this moment. There is no one whose heart does not ache, no one who does not feel concern, frustration, or sorrow.

Though I am inadequate, I stand here briefly on behalf of the brothers and sisters in Mother’s homeland who have labored and offered sincere devotion. I wish to convey words of comfort, encouragement, solidarity, and love.

As I reflected, I could not help but think how incredibly difficult this time must be for Mother.

We came to know Heavenly Parent as Father through Jesus, the only begotten Son. And through True Parents, we have come to understand that Heavenly Parent is truly the Parent of all humankind. In this era especially, we have come to know Heavenly Mother - who has labored throughout history - something humanity could not fully understand 2,000 years ago.

For so long, we were unaware - truly unaware - of Heavenly Parent’s heart, and especially of the motherly love through which Heaven has guided humanity. When we reflect on this history, we realize how much heartache Heaven has endured because of our ignorance.

Only recently have we begun to call upon Heavenly Parent as both Father and Mother.

Yet now, the Mother Nation, which has stood in the position of mother for the world on earth, faces deep difficulty and challenge. Even in such circumstances, True Mother continues to support and embrace the world with love and devotion, offering everything from the lowest and most difficult place - for the sake of Heaven, for the providence, and for all of us, her children.

I believe we all feel this.

Although the present reality leaves us bewildered and at a loss, we must now rise as mature brothers and sisters. Remembering the love and cooperation we have received from Mother Nation throughout the years, we must lend our strength. We must stand together as one family in heart - cheering, offering devotion, and sending even greater love.

We know this in our minds; now we must live it in reality - through greater sincerity, stronger support, and heartfelt encouragement.

Heavenly Mother’s course has never been easy. To bring this final journey to completion, each of us must take up our substantive responsibilities. Mother is bearing immense burdens and enduring great hardship.

Because of her sacrifice, we children are able to continue forward on the path of responsibility and growth.

Dear family members, please express your hearts even more. Offer more encouragement. Family members from Mother’s country are working tirelessly throughout the world, and in Mother’s

homeland as well, many continue to dedicate themselves sincerely for True Parents and for this providential path.

Let us rally together. Let us encourage them more, step forward with renewed determination, lighten their burdens, and share the responsibility.

At this time, I am reminded of True Parents’ words: providential progress does not come without sacrifice, nor without walking the path that includes material responsibility. I do not know what further sacrifices may be required of us, but I believe that if we walk together - not alone - that path will lead to hope and victory. Heaven will guide, protect, and lead us.

Dear family members, let us gather our strength.

Though there are many things we wish we could do more fully, we are grateful that we are not in a position where we can do nothing. Let us walk the path of true love shown by True Parents more diligently and more correctly.
