And above all, I believe that True Mother, who is confined in that difficult and suffocating place, is drawing her strength from the sincerity and love of her “sons and daughters” all over the world. For that, I’m deeply grateful once again. […]
As you know, during the ten minutes we’re allowed for visitation, we want to talk as much as we can, listen to her words, and if possible, even sing a song she loves - but the time always feels too short.
So before each visit, we go through a checklist: what we need to prepare for True Mother that day, what questions to ask, and so on. […]
After the Chuseok holiday, True Mother seemed somewhat troubled, perhaps because there were things she needed or matters she wanted to discuss. She actually asked to see one of the staff yesterday, but we couldn’t arrange it then. So today we decided to begin by listening carefully to whatever she needed first.
When we entered, True Mother was already there, sitting in her wheelchair. I felt sorry that she had been waiting. She sat with her Mother Han in detention cell in eyes closed, looking very serious. Usually, she greets us so gently, always smiling and serene. But today, sitting there alone like that, she looked exhausted. Those who were with me also commented that she seemed deep in serious thought.
The staff who care for her on the inside often tell us about her health. They say that when she closes her eyes for long periods, it’s usually because she’s extremely tired and her eyes are fatigued. She hasn’t been sleeping well either, which worries us.
When I saw her last Friday after Chuseok, she was sweating heavily - so much that her hair was soaked as if she had just taken a shower. She kept wiping her face and neck with a towel, and because of that, her skin became irritated, with small pimples and blemishes breaking out on her normally beautiful face. She received ointment for it, and while the redness has subsided a bit, new spots have appeared, which makes us suspect that her body’s inflammation levels might be high.
We discussed making sure that if she ever feels discomfort or pain anywhere, she can receive a proper medical checkup. Normally, True Mother always sits with perfect posture - straight-backed and dignified - whether she’s
watching the news or a documentary. But today, she seemed unable to keep her back straight, sitting slightly hunched as if she lacked strength. It made me feel she was truly tired. I also noticed some strands of white hair showing - normally they grow in from the roots, but these looked more like scattered streaks of gray, which made me think she must be deeply preoccupied and stressed these days.
I’m sorry to share such worrying news with all of you from the start. But even in such physical hardship and difficult circumstances, True Mother continues to encourage us. She always says that the truth will be revealed, that Heaven will work, and that we must stay strong. She says she herself is enduring patiently and waiting.

So, please don’t be discouraged or angry when you hear this. Even in her suffering, she thinks of us and gives us strength. Let us also stay strong, and offer even more sincere prayers for True Mother. […]
And because she knows the hearts of all the members around the world who offer their devotion and love, she hopes we will all stay strong and united.
Then, noticing that True Mother’s posture seemed a bit slouched and she looked weak, we asked gently if her back was hurting. She replied that her back was fine, but with the weather getting colder, her shoulders and neck felt very chilly. She said she’s wearing thermal clothes but still feels the cold deeply.
Then, instead of complaining, she said, “Well, that’s just how the season is,” and began worrying about us instead. “Are you all doing well? Don’t catch a cold. Stay strong.”
I felt that these final words weren’t just for us there, but for all our beloved blessed families and children around the world. She has often told us, “Stay healthy, so we can live together on this earth for a long, long time,” and I want to pass that message on again today:
“Are you all well? Don’t catch a cold. Stay strong.”

“Just teach the Principles of Creation. It’s about attending Heaven - becoming people who can attend our Heavenly Parent on eart h. Humanity must be reborn t h rough the True Parents in o rder to attend our Heavenly Parent. So, speak about the Principles of Creation. If people hear that, they won’t m isunderstand.”

Please remembe r these words from True Mother. Going forward, we should confidently testify before the world about our Heaven ly Parent’s dream - how Heaven has worked, and how True Parents have walked the path to fu lfi ll that d ream.

Indeed, True Mother views this time as one of the most crucial moments. Under the protection and gu idance of the True Parents, Korea - and all blessed fam ilies around the world - have been chosen, called, and p rotected as Heaven’s people.
Now, since we’ve received that much love and protection, True Mother again reminded us that this is the t ime to fu lfi ll our responsibi lity as Heaven’s chosen people.
Please keep this in your prayers today. If we sincerely pray about this, Heaven w ill surely grant us wisdom. […]
True Mother […] said, “How can we face such a world?” and spoke a b it about the state of the nation’s laws. But at the end, she gave us words of encouragement, saying, “Let’s stay strong.”

True Mother usually sits in a wheelchair, and as you know, when you sit fo r long periods, your body stiffens - you get numb legs, back pain, and so on.
So True Mother sa id she often moves her ankles up and down w h ile sitting, to help circu lation. She reminded the staff not to forget that simple exercise.
