On August 25, 1992, the 30,000 Couple International Holy Marriage Blessing was held at the Seoul Olympic Stadium.

This blessing ceremony is the part of

the world culture and sports festival and represented the human peace.

Additionally, this blessing ceremony was held right

after The level of national-level True Parents Proclamation. The blessing ceremony which had been already held were the religion- level event, but from the 30,000 couple blessing ceremony, it opened the age of the globalization of the Blessing.

It was the first time that the blessing ceremony broadcast by satellite, because there were many blessing candidates who were unable to each l(orea due to difficulties with flight reservations or other issues.

On the same day, the 2nd generation’s 200 couples blessing ceremony

was also held.

In 1992, the International Blessing Ceremony of 30,000 Couples took place. The number 3 is the n ber of completion and it represents heaven. It refers to the 3 stages of formation, growth and completion. The fact that 30,000 Couples ,vere blessed raises it to the worldwide level. This means that opposition to the mass marriages of the Unification Church is beginning to disappear. The world,vide level is beyond nation, race and culture, so there are no barriers. Until no,v, no one could solve the problems that caused these barriers, · so people ordinarily married someone from their o nation, their o,vn ,. . 1· clan, or a clan ,vith ,vhich they already had some relationship. This ceremony removed the barriers bet,veen nations, races, religions and cultures for the first time, and so everyone participating in the - - - ,,,”1A.&;,;-;;;.f.
