When Dr. Kaplan listened to the suggestion, he was so surprised becuase at that time, the power of communism was strong and ‘the End of Communism’ was impossible. That’s why, Dr. Morton re-suggested to Ture Father to add the expression ‘Maybe’ in front of ‘Communism is over.’

Finally, Dr. Kaplan decided to follow True Father’s order and the Professors World Peace Academy was held under the title of ‘’the downfall of Soviest Union’’.

After True Father’s prediction, the Berlin Wall was brol<en down on November 9, 1989. Before breaking the wall, over 50 borders were opened and it helped to breal< the Berlin Wall in 28 years.
