Homeland is the key word. God does not have a homeland, and we certainly do not. When God owns a homeland, it will become our homeland. Then God will make His dwelling place there and we will also, centering upon His love. The love from that central country will reach out to every corner of the world. Then we will have established the family level foundation for true love and will be able to go to the tribal level, to the national level, and ultimately to the world. (134-216)

The true dispensation cannot appear on earth unless an individual, family, tribe and nation can practice the principle of loving their enemy. Until such a nation appears, you cannot talk about the Kingdom of God on earth. (107-22)
