This is not a so-wha~ place. Father changed the state leaders so that when the Korean Leader-,. came to their region they would not say, I have been here three years, I know more than you. The Japanese women went out first. Father wanted to see how the American Women reacted. This is the only chance to show your repentance. All un-~obilized people must come. No exception. Ocean Church .and Carp positions will be replaced by new .graduates from the seminary. 10 more members will go to the original 10 IOWC teams. those teams will then have 60 members.· Each of those teams will divide in half and send 30 members with the new IOWC commanders chosen today. Give two of the 4 vans to the new IOWC. Regional Dir·e ctors are all over ·in charge. All who are . eligible for the IOWC will absolutely be mobilized. Regardless of mission. (Rev.
