On May 12, 1976, True Parents purchased New Yorker Hotel in New York.

This hotel is a symbol in New York. At that time of it was purchased, it was the largest and 43 stories high hotel in New York City, with 2000 rooms, as well as a grand ballroom.

On May 21, 1976, True Father offered the benediction on the roof After this, this hotel was holy separated and used by the World Mission Center to govern over 123 nations for while.

Let’s think about what we possess. One of them is New Yorker Hotel at 34 street 8th Ave,. At that time of it was purchased, it was the largest building in Manhattan. When I entered this hotel for the first time, I could not believe what I saw. It seemed like the remains of the building because of bombing. It seemed like Seoul i11 Korea after the way. I could not understa11d why this kind of building could be the center in New York City. We purchased this hotel and made it lively and now we use it as the office of the World Mission Conference. Before we purchased this hotel, it was dying. That’s why I decided to purchase it for vitalizing. This actio11 is like what only God can do.
