Master Speaks: Belvedere Training Session - The Way God Has Trodden Upon

In a way, God’s way and man’s way are the same - or should be the same. You, all of you, have your own pa.sts. Something behind you has brought you h ere. 111ere is a purpose and goal here. Some of you come from this end of th e world, and some from another place, but the goal is just the same. There is only one way possible. Every- one’s path in life is only one, which other people ca.nnot claim. Each person’s life may be different in the content s and each is doing different th ings. In this fallen world every person seems to be different from the other. 111en, how, can we make everyone go the sam e way?

For example, in a family the ways of the family members are all different. Then, how can they go to the same goal ? There must be a fam ily rule there - although it is unperceiveable - that is going to make the family go in the same way headed for the same goal. The same thing applies to a nation. 111e people in that nation can go different ways - having trodden upon different ways, but they should have a goal in common with each other. When the government sets the goa l, they have to tread upon that way. Toe same thing a pplies to the whole world - each nation has different ways to tread upon, but they should be head e d for the same goal s -2 t by God. Gou has set a goa l before mankind - for the nations, for the families, for the individua ls. For God to connect the people, there is only one way possible.

It is human nature to treasure things of the past, and we value heritage. So, through history we connect the past, present and future. The same thing appli es to families , nations and all mankind. Every nation has its museums. By looking through what they have in the m us eums , we know the history of a nation through the past and to the present. Centered on God we can think in the same way. God is in the same position. God started somewhere - at a point. 111en there could be a goal for Hi rn too. He did not s tart on H is way for Himself, but for the sak e of other people and other elements . We have been using the word “creation” . Then, for whom did He create all the things, including men? Did He create a ll the cre atures and the nature for Himself or for the sake of man? From our viewpoint as men, we can say that God created the whole world for th e sake of man. But in a way , we can also say that from His viewpoint, He created the world for His own sake. All the creation is so important to God because He is in- volve d in it. All those things are for the sake of Himself. But for men they are eq ually important because they know that all things are created for them.

So, if we think of th ings from a different point of view , that is, we think that th i ngs are created for man and God thinks they are created for Him, there is confusion. For example , there is a thing and one man thinks this is created for him and I think it is for ~ me. There will be an issue made here. So, we must say that this is for both of us, then there is no confusion. Betw e en God and man the same thing applies. We m ust say that

things are in the possession of both. God wants us to know that God and man are one. Then how can we have that kind of concept?

We must know that God is the source of our life and love. We have the heritage of His love and life. We are the extension of His self. God is like the root - we are the extended selves of Him and He is the root of us. For instance, comparing this to a tree - He is the root or trunk and we are the branches. God and man are only one, but we love both - one in the subjective position and the other in the objective position. Then, we get the notion of loving ourselves. We are one, but I love myself. God loves His other self, but in loving ourselves man must become one with God and love ourselves. Other- wise we are doing what God would not want us to do. There is no one here who would not love himself or herself. Then, where is the source of that love? If we are not one with God and don’t love ourselves, that is evil. We must be one with God and love ourselves according to God’s will.

Due to the human fall man is separated from God - still loving himself. That is the great problem and the serious one. In fact we must love ourselves and be one with God, doing things that are thought to be good by God. Then it is natural to be proud of ourselves and love ourselves. Because God with me can be proud of His world and proud of His creation including man. In that case, not in singular form but in plural form we say, “we love the world, we love ourselves.” When I love myself, it means I love man as a whole. When we say “my family”, “my nation,” there could be the nation of “our family,” “our nation.” By “our “we mean that not among ourselves, but between God and myself, our nation and our world. Then, God’s will could be our will and whatever we are doing will be centered upon God. Then when we say “our will, “ it means God’s will and our will as individuals, our will as families, as nations and the whole world will be consistent.

There is no one here who wouldn’t like to enjoy happiness. Sometimes we say we are happy - we enjoy love and things like that. In some cases you say, “I am happy, I enjoy my life,” but there God must be included so you must say “we”. Can happiness come about without someone in the objective position? When we talk about love, how can it come about without someone in the objective position? The subject is always “we. “ If you smile all alone, you are a crazy person! You are happy because of something you feel, you see with your eyes, you hear with your ears. By the positions of your eyes you can understand something. Are your eyes created to look at yourself or to look at others? Ears, too, are situated that way. Is it easy for your hands to grasp things in the objective position or to grasp yourself? Can you lift yourself up? From all this we can gather that the element of happiness is somewhere else - in the objective position - not in yourself. The same thing applies to God. For Him to be happy, He must have something and someone in the objective position. He cannot look at Himself and be happy.

Then we can imagine God created things of beauty that He thought He would enjoy. Out of the whole creation, who and what could be in the objective position so that He would be happy over it? The creation He is the happiest over is man. We cannot think of

anything else. Man, resembling God, likes to enjoy what is coming or what is in the objective position - always going ahead. We cannot enjoy our life all by ourselves, but we know that we need someone with whom to enjoy life. So, you are included in the personal pronoun “we”. May I ask a question to the female folks? Would you like to marry a man who is the handsomest or the ugliest man? (Handsomest!) Yes, even though you are ugly yourself, you want to marry the most handsome boy. So, we find that, it is human nature to look for things of most value and of most beauty. Suppose there are two men for you to choose from and without doubt you will choose the best one. His eyes, nose, mouth and hands and everything must be handsome. But if there is something lacking, if he mutters, if he is dumb, what would you do? If the handsome one is dumb, then whom would you choose? If he is without one of his toes, if he is crippled, whom would you choose of the two? You would not want the crippled man. That is, you want a person who is perfect.

If there is God, would He have liked a perfect one or an imperfect one? To what degree? Would He have wanted that kind of perfect person? Absolutely! Forever! Unchangeably! We like the words: unique, unchangeable, eternal and absolute. Some- thing absolute is not changeable. Would you want anything or any person to be good today and bad tomorrow? If a fallen man would want things or people to be perfect, then with God how much more would this be so? To that standard you must be perfect so that what you have said will be the truth through eternity. Once you love a person you must love him or her through eternity. Is it that way? Are you that way? If either you are perfect or you have something perfect, and imperfect things come and try to compare what you have that is perfect, would you like that idea? If you think of yourself as perfect: “I am beauti- ful, I have knowledge, considerable position and all those things,” and if a man of lower standard should come to you, propose marriage to you, would you like that? You would feel so bad that you would lose your appetite; you could not sleep that night. Don’t you think so? (Yes!) God is an absolute God - the absolute and perfect One. Men are all crippled, invalid and ugly. They all come up to cling to Him and ask “please live with me, live with me!” Would He like that? Would He be glad over that? (No!) So, God is teaching us to be perfect - to resemble Him and come and be one with Him. Through the mediator who resembles Him, He would teach us to be “perfect as your Heavenly Father is perfect” - as the Bible teaches us.

Then, are you yet perfect as God is? (No!) How much no! Do we have such a person in the history of mankind? (Jesus!) In a way Jesus was not perfect either. He could not perfect himself because he failed to marry. But in that sense there has been no single person who met that standard. If God has been so miserable as not to have anyone resembling Him to be perfect and whom He could love, would He think of making such a person out of humanity? But in trying to make man perfect, He has to bring them up in His love. So in a way He could not help but love man. He would pretend to love us. We see many such instances. There are many families which seemingly are happy. If a husband and wife are in disharmony and just pretend to love each other and don’t really love each other to the fullest extent, are you happy to see them? (No!) You know that. Would God be happy or miserable? (Miserable!) In God’s sight we are all rags, trash, disfigured and disabled. But we all cling to him and beg him to live with us. Then, would

God be happy at all? •

If you have done something wrong to a person, you have wronged him and even though he is a fallen man, if you see that person you shrink back and you can’t life up your head in front of him. But here we are and we step forward, we lift up our faces high and forget ourselves. How do we look in God’s sight? Jesus came to the earth and cried out, “Repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” Those who were supposed to repent should they lift up their faces or stoop low like this, bowing down? When we look back at ourselves what we have been doing in the life of faith, have we been like that? Have we had the right attitude, with the right posture? You take everything for granted - every blessing coming from God - and you say that it is natural for God to have to forgive us. We are not qualified enough to meet God - even to talk with Him, but there is only one element left sane - our conscience. Through that channel we can reach God - other- wise we can never reach Him. So, in God’s eyes and in the eyes of those who see things from that standard - even though your face is ugly and your whole figure is not so promis- ingly beautiful, if you have a good mind and a beautiful spirit and heart, you can come to like him or her. That’s the way it should be in loving people. However beautiful you may be, if your mind is crooked would you like that? It is desireable to have both your mind and body beautiful, but if one is allowed to be beautiful, what would you choose? (Mind!) God would want us to have the mind beautiful first and that is the success to Him. When we would want to go and meet with Him, we must recreate our minds to the original standard or we cannot reach Him. In doing that, we must be in accordance with God’s will the Principle. We have the original nature tending to go the way through which we can reach God. That’s what we have left. Things of value start from loving each other. So, if we love from the heart of God, then we find in ourselves the nature of God and with that element alone we can either find God or be found by God.

A few minutes ago you answered me that you would like to have your mind beauti- ful more than your body. Then, what is the definition of a good mind? If you have the mind to think of things, saying things and acting out things for your own sake, that’s not a good mind. Your mind must be thinking of things - doing things for other people. Then you can say that your mind is good. If you want to be loved by others, you should want to have your mind for the sake of other people. If you want to be loved physically, then you must want to have your body for other people. But we find that our mind and body are at war with each other. Most unconsciously our mind tends to love God and resemble Him, but our body would go in the opposite direction. God wants us to resemble Him. In doing that we must love Him and He wants to find love in us or He cannot love us.

Then, what is the element that God can love in us? That element is the way you sacrifice yourself for the sake of other people. The Bible teaches us that to sacrifice yourself for your friends is the most precious thing. In many places in the Bible we read such teachings. When we read the Bible, we feel and we know that God is calling to us and we feel the existence of God. God is telling us to love and to live for the sake of other people. But to what extent? We must love man as God would. We must do every- thing from the standpoint of God. In other words, we must be one with God. You must

be happy over someone who acts with God, and you must not be happy with things only you personally are involved in. You must be happy or unhappy with God. When God is miserable would you choose to be miserable? To what extent? Would you try that for one day? One year? How long? (Forever!) In fact God is a sad, miserable God, Then, it means you must live your whole life in that way. Would you like to do that? God is all by Himself - lonely. Can you live a lonely and solitary life without ever marrying? God has no shelter, no footstood. He has no children. Can you remain like that? He has no family, tribe or nation of His own. Can you remain like that? In finding those things, you must find our family, our tribe, our nation, our world. By “our”, meaning God and yourself. Do we have such a family, tribe, nation and world? (No!) Then, would He not be anxious to have such a family, tribe, nation and world? To the absolute degree or relatively? (Absolutely!) If he is so anxiously awaiting that kind of family, tribe or nation to come about, then how agonized would he be every moment of His life! He is so badly in need of such a person, family, tribe, nation and world, but He has none like that.

Then, can you imagine that God is happy, idling His time in happiness, relaxed? God would never rest any moment - until man is restored to be His perfect object. He wouldn’t like to sleep, or do happy things unless you all are restored. If we personify Him, suppose He would not eat or sleep for days, then there is someone who comes to Him saying he has found a true child, a family, a nation and world. If there is anyone who proposes to restore all those back to God, He would be just overjoyed and really like the person who is going to do that. Then you will see a broad, daylight smile on His face. Wouldn’t that be true? ‘Yes!) If we are ready to do that, can you put yourself in a position happier than God.

You must be more miserable, more agonized than God or else you cannot carry out your mission. Can you do that? (Yes!) It is easy to answer “yes. “ But it is no easy job! Just imagine, under the persecution of the Roman Empire, God’s chosen children had been going through so many difficulties and hardships - being martyred. Was God happy? He was so miserable and angry. All through 6,.000 years of history He has been watching people being persecuted and martyred. How much He must be agonized. He would never sleep, never eat - He would be agonized through every night. Even if we used all and every possible adjective expressing sorrow, we could not describe God’s heart. God, you must remember, is as old as time and old as history - leaning on His cane He would come to His tent in search of good people. Then, how miserable He must be. He would lend his attentive ears and watch over what human beings are doing. He looked for one who is capable of carrying out his mission to restore mankind. But He has been rebelled against so many times.

Finally He found a nation and chose the nation to receive the Messiah. Then, what happened? Do you realize that the earth is revolving around a whole cycle a day? Twenty-four hours? The earth revolves at an unimaginable speed. God is omnipotent. He would like to whirl around the whole earth in search of good people - twice as fast as the speed of the earth. He has searched for this kind of man in vain. If He may have found one, He has been rebelled against so many times. Still He cannot give up, and He 0 will continue searching. Would He not call to us - to westeners - to trust and come back

There are more Christians inthe western world, but has God ever found such a one in the western world? Then God would turn to the yellow race to look for such a man. If He is rejected by the yellow race again, then He would turn to the black people. What else could He do? What if He is rejected by the white, yellow and black race too? What c ould He do? If He can never find a perfect man in human society, then He cannot but choose one who is better than anyone else - closer to Him. He would visit him again and again. Then He would give up the search to find such a man out of the white, yellow or negro race. But in His fight there is no white, no yellow or black. Out of humanity He wants to find the one who is closest to Him. He could be white, yellow or Negro. But what if he finds someone who is negro and is rejected again? He would visit other people one after another and that’s what God has been doing all through history.

After the failure of the chosen nation of the Israelites. He has been seeking the nation to choose to succeed the Messiah. The chosen nation is not one nation, but it is the Christian population of the world. But have the Christians been doing that? Is there any one individual, family or nation that would be ready to sacrifice himself for the sake of the family or family who would be ready to sacrifice for the sake of the nation and nation for the world? Has there been any such Christian? God started here looking for a man. He thought He had found one and rejected by him and by being rebelled against He would go to another one and going zig zag and going the tearful way, He would come to this point. That’s history. God is an unhappy God - all in despair. Can we go in parallel with God’s will? Where are we headed? By “we”, we mean God and ourselves.

Where is God headed? We wanted Him to have an individual of His own, a family, tribe and nation and the world under Him back to His bosom. But there is no such indivi- dual, family and nation in the world, then where is He going? Where is He headed? But if in the world there is an individual, or family or group which would protest that they are going to do the job, God would jump up to meet us. Would God not go and visit the group? If they may not want to have Him, He would be already there. God has failed to find such a group in the Christian world. But if there is any individual like that in the world other than in the Christian world - would He not jump to go and meet him? If there is any such family group outside of the Christian world would He not go to meet them? We, Unification Church members do feel that we are the ones. God has looked around - looked through humanity and now has found one such group. There is no other group than ours which can carry out this mission. Does it sound logical? Are you like that? !Yes!) We are at least ready for that. But we must put ourselves in the position of sacrifice. We must cut ourselves apart and sort out good things to dedicate to God. In that case, even though we may not want to have Him here, He is laready here working with and through us. Our goal is to find a perfect man - a perfect personage. In that case you must not forget that you must always think of God and you must think in terms of “we.”

In a family, if you want to become one with your husband or wife - you must become one with each including God there. In a family, tribe, in a nation, we must have

0 God there, abiding in that unit of society. We want to gather the people - conscientious people and we must form a tribe, a nation who out of those conscientious people are qualified to go back to God. By mobilizing those conscientious people - even though they may not be Christians, we can form a tribe of God and out of those people will spring the movement that will purify the whole world. If you are strongly one with God and form your own family, tribe and nation and the whole world, no evil power can invade there. We are going to be a different tribe entirely new to the outside world, but we are strongly in oneness with God and no evil power can separate us. In that case, we can see God face to face - the omnipotent and omniscient God. And we will feel and know that God is for our sake - for the sake of our movement. We will feel and experience that we are in love with God and He is in love with us. It is because we have prepared the place for Him to live. He is the father to the family and He will be proud of His children and will call to the outside world that “Here are my children and you must follow their example.”

At first, He has to judge the people and He will separate those who are evil from His children who are perfect. However solid a foundation the Christians may have laid in this world or people of other rel igions have done that, God will not let them in. At first He has to separate them with judgment. When we closely study it, we are the only group that God can love and God can encourage and work with. So, we must be proud of ourselves in that sense. After 6, 000 years of human history, God has come to find such a group for the first time. So, if we in any case reject Him where could God go? Can you imagine? Could He have anywhere else to go? If we really know - if we realized how long a journey He has made to meet and find us, then would we let Him go? We must cling to A Him and not let Him go. So, we must be so prepared to receive Him. Will you be pre- pared to receive God and live with Him like that? (Yes!) To soothe the agonized heart of your Father, would you still beg Him to give to you, to bless you with material abundance - or instead would you serve Him and do anything for Him without thinking of yourself? If you want to think of yourself alone and be blessed by Him, then He would repel you. If you want to relax while others are not restored yet, God will not like you. If you do things for the sake of yourself, you will be rejected by God.

You must put yourself in the position of God and with the heart of Father, you must go out to the world in search of the lost children and bring them back to God’s bosom until the very last one is restored. If someone is here in the position of the leader of the whole group in the place of God, he would harshly drive you to look for and bring the lost children of God.

I have been driving you so hard, but when I look back to the past days, I always feel pity over the Korean and Japanese members - those who have gone through such struggle and hardships from the early days of our movement. And I am now here and I will drive you hard - you American and western members. I want you to be ready for that. Then it is natural that you should be ready for that and from your part to call to me “Here I am, all ready please use me. “ Are you ready? !Yes!) I will see. You said yes, and I am going to be more harsh on you than I had been on Korean and Japanese members. Are you still ready for that? (Yes!) Then I may have to trust you. God is here with me and

and He will say, “I have in a way failed to find a perfect person out of the Korean and the Japanese families, can I find such a one in the American family?” If you western mem- bers think, ’ If we have to go through so much difficulties as Korean and Japanese members have done and here Master is saying that he is going to drive us harder than they, I am going to leave this movement.” Then God will leave you before you leave the rm vementl Even in Korea, and even in Japan, Master has seen many such members. For example, in the early days of our movement, he would drive our members so hard and they would think, “why do we have to go through so many difficulties while the Japanese and other members are not going through such difficulties. Then centered on Japan - some would complain why are we bringing money from their countries when t is nation is so abundant and they are so poor and in such misery?Usually, people take money out of this country to help others, but Master is doing the opposite. Then, you may think Master will bring money from Korea and Japan and we don’t have to earn money. Would you say that? No!) Then, what would you do? !Sell!’

If you are not going to be defeated or beaten by Japanese or Korean members, you must work harder than they. Are you confident to do that? You are more used to an abun- dant way of living. You have been clad well and fed with good food. If you are going to be clad in rags and fed poorly on the battlefield, would you still fight? Would you hold up your hands in pledge to do this? Would you have your country restored overnight or over years? (Overnight!) Then, that means you have to work so many times as hard as we have done. You must be ready to sacrifice yourself. You must be ready to be beaten, scorged by God. At one blow, you must be ready to have thousands of dollars more or millions more whenever necessary. In short, you must be ready to sacrifice yourself. To deny yourself means to be ready to give out your whole life. So, you must put yourself in the position of your being dead. You are not here anymore, but God will be there to visit you and to animate you and to bring you to life again. If you are in that attitude, even though you may not have done concrete deeds to show to Him, He would love you. You said you are ready to turn the world upside down, overnight. Are you confident to do that? How can I believe your yes? We have only one life to live. Sooner or later we are going to die. So, why not die for this great cause? We must choose the right place to die. We have seen many saints and sages of the earth - living and denying themselves on earth. We must deny ourselves and have a higher goal than they.

If you had things would you want to offer good things or bad things to God? How much more would it be true with me? I have been looking am and for houses, sites for build- ing, and whenever I choose those things, I don’t mean to buy a house for me or for you or for any people of the world, but for God. I would find one house one day and the next day find a better one. So I would discard the first. Then, if I found a better one on the third day, I would discard the second one. Because it is for God that I am doing this. Some- times it seems as though I am a changeable man, but would God dislike that notion? In this case, even though I may change my mind ten times a day, God would like that. When- ever you buy things to offer God, in a sense, to use that for the good purpose, you must choose the best one. Here I am in Ameica, the land of abundance, but as the son of God would I choose the ragged thing and rotten thing because it is cheap, or the best possible

thing even though it is expensive. (The best!) I am without money, then what should I do? Are you ready to raise the money for that purpose? (Yes!) More than that, are you ready to give out your life for that? Then, all the rest of the problems are going to be solved.

If you are ready to die for God, God will not allow you to die. Then God can, on that foundation, take the responsibility for all things. If that son of God should die, He would lose the whole world. So He would not allow that person to die. God would not scold you, instead He would be proud of you and applaud you seeing you carry out that mission. Would you like to be sons and daughters of this kind or do you like being scolded? But can you carry it out? Would you prefer to work 10 hours or would you rather work 15 hours? Would you sell flowers or candles without any idea of having to sell it or would you pour out your whole energy and with tearful eyes appeal to the people?

God is looking at you and the way you are doing things. God is observing you with keen observation. Everything you are doing is caught in God’s sight. Sometimes you have made money. I want to buy something for myself, to eat something. He knows everything you are doing. If you always realize that what you have belongs to God and without His permission you cannot use that, you may think that your life is miserable. But what you have done is the heritage to be saved and to be used by your descendants. For American members you take things for granted and you eat ice cream when it is hot and think, “what’s wrong with that.” You may think that way, but have you ever stopped to think that in Korea, Japan and elsewhere there are people starving to death without even having a mouthful to eat. Then am I cruel to tell you not to eat that kind of luxurious thing? You are used to this way of living - even the members of the Unified Family. In our own church there is a refrigerator and you want to open the refrigerator and eat anything there is - that’s your way. If I stop you from doing that ,would you think I am harsh but at that moment I am thinking of starving people. I don’t believe in desserts. It isn’t that I don’t like them, but because it is luxurious when I think that there are starving people in the world. From now on I will discontinue that kind of custom in this country. There may be side effects if I do that right away, so I will wait a little longer. (Laugher) In that case you may think it’s because Master doesn’t like desserts himself and so he is saying that. But no, it’s far from that. If I am doing that for the sake of myself, yes it’s wrong but if it’s for the sake of other people, then it’s right.

God would want me to enjoy food, to have good things in this country of abundance because I had gone through so much misery already in Korea and in the eastern part of the world. But I would rather decline and go through more difficulties in this nation. Would God scold me or be proud of me? In my room there is a bowlful of small apples. I don’t know who is putting those fruits there, but everytime I find the container a little smaller and smaller. It is because even if a small bowlful of fruits is there, it may take weeks before I finish them. Sometimes the apple becomes so dry that the skin is wrinkled. There is a reason for Master’s not eating those things, so those who serve Master must be bringing better things and more things every day because that’s the way you serve Master. I feel that I am giving those to God everyday. That’s the way you serve God and Master. God would give me more things when•I decline to have them. That’s God’s way. When I was in prison I pledged before God and whenever I am at the tabl to eat I always •

remind myself of that occasion.

You Americans are too richly fed, but on the continent of Africa or India there are many starving people. I feel like snatching what you have and giving those to thcs e starving people. Then, you may dislike me, but God will like me. Americans may dislike me, but God will love my doing that. That’s God’s way. Even in the position of father, I would want to snatch away good things from those who have already enjoyed material wealth, and give to the poor. You must be willing to let it go to the poor; and if you are willing to give away everything you have and you become poor and those people are rich, then you will be blessed again with more material abundance. God will not leave you miserable. Are you going to do that? I will have you go through difficulties and hardships in raising money.

Suppose you have a 100 million dollars here and then later on I take all the money and give to the eastern peoples. Would you be glad to do that? Some of you may think with skeptical minds: “Where has he used such an amount of money?” God knows that I am not going to spend a penney for myself but for my people who are going through difficulties and hardships. Are you willing to give out everything you have to the under- privileged? I am here ready to do that in dealing with underpriviledged, and after awhile I am going to distribute all the wealth you have to the whole world and you must not complain. If you are really ready for that you must be going through more difficulties than Korean members and those in the eastern part of the world. In God’s providence Korea, Japan and America are important. I have seen in what way Korean members and Japanese members have worked. I am watching closely what you are doing here. Can you be defeated by those people? I am ready to have you go through untold difficulties. 0 Are you ready for that? You are used to a more easy way of living. When I watch you work in the garden you look up at 5:00 or 6:00 and think it is time to stop. When there is work to do, I don’t think of the time. When Bobby asked for 8 people, I gave him only 4. How to serve them so that they will not leave you is the question. Would you want to please them and make them happy, or would you want to make them miserable again and use them in the vanguard always pushing forward and leading you; or would you want them relaxed and enjoying the Sabbath? If you want me here and if you want to have God rest, then you must go in the opposite way. You must shoulder the responsibility.

until you will have paid the last penney of your toll, you are in the position to be unhappy while God is relaxed. While God is unhappy, you must be unhappy and sympathetic with Him. We must come to the conclusion that we have invited God and Master and all the saints and sages are helping us. In order that they don’t go, we must make them happy and serve them and excel the disciples of Jesus so that they stay with us. You must surpass them in your desire to serve them more than anyone else - more than any individual here. If you quarrel with each other to be close to Master, you will not enjoy your life here. In other words, you must be ready to sacrifice yourself for your family, your family for the nation and your nation for the world. If this movement spreads over the world, the world can easily be restored. Are you confident to carry out this mission? !Yes!)

You must train yourself not to eat too much, not to sleep, not to do what is pleasing to you. You must train yourself to witness, sell more and bring in more people to this movement. You must know that wherever Master goes God goes, and the command that c omes from Master comes from God. In short, when you do anything, you must do it like a crazy man. You must be crazy over what you are doing. Then every small thing will be automatically solved. If I leave you alone and have you go through a easy way, then when can I restore the whole world? So, we must go not with a slow pace, but in big strides - or by leaps and bounds.

Then, if the calcu- lation goes that we have one thousand members in this country, then how much can one person raise? $12, 000? That’s not much. You have got to make that money in a months’ time. Are you ready and confident for that? If we say one month, we may not be able to realize it in that time, so I say three weeks, one week. Then it means you have to raise $150.00 a day. You have seen the evidence in the Israelites. Though they were chosen, when they failed to meet the standard set by God and Jesus they were discarded by God and Jesus and became miserable. When they rejected God and the Messiah, they had to scatter all over the world, but when they scattered they would not forget God and just clung to Him. That’s the basis on which God could let them keep their racial unity until today. If you can’t stay in this movement, it would be better if you had not entered this movement at all. You are going to be far more miserable than if you had just stayed in the outer world. I just hate to have you go through that misery. That’s why I am here pushing you through that.

So, I want you to be grateful whenever I am harsh on you and if you feel that I am not doing enough and you will say, you will tell me, “push me harder” and this i not enough. God will also be pleased. Then, you will dash forward toward the goal. You will find God there already waiting for you. He is all prepared to welcome you. God will be over- joyed and He will say that He did not love you in vain. In that case you are not going to follow God but God will follow you. He will accompany you wherever you go - even though you may be in the battlefield, or working in an office - at home in bed - anywhere, every- where. Then, I will be with you every moment of your life. You will see me in visions, in dreams and you will feel I am with you. I will be selling flowers with you. Yoi will n feel that. Isn’t it wonderful! In that case your sense will be so keen that you can dis- tinguish which one will buy your flowers and which one won’t. Right in the midst of your sleep you will jump up and a thoughtmay spring-up in your mind as to what to do the next day. At daybreak you will prepare all those things and when you go out your feet will know where to go to meet such a person. In that case, God is guiding you to walk. You are not only selling flowers, but you are selling your hearts and if you implant that in them, you will always sell a lot. If you experience that life every day, then can you be exhausted?

So, whenever you leave home for your work, you must be happy. You must know that you are the filial son or daughter to God, our Father. In the satanic world you must be well armed with the sharp sword of truth. Then, you are the generals to defeat them. Every motning when you leave this place you must be with that kind of equipment. On your way back hom.e you will want to dash back home because you have a good report. Then, your ways are open in every direction.

We have the knack of the thing. We know how to invite God - how to live with Him and and have Him follow us. We have Him in our family, our group, and wherever we go He will follow us.
