In addition, WPWA founded the ‘International Christian Professors Association of Korea’ in 1981 to open a platfo~ for the Christian professors to exchange discussion and build amity between each other regardless of their religious denominations.

In 1986, PWPA founded many schools at several local areas in Korea. Many professors, university students, and citizens volunteered to help the unprivileged neighbors in attaining chances to receive education.

“I founded P A to be a trailblazing organization at this critical moment in human history, to mobilize those intellectuals who have devoted their lives to the advancement of human wisdom and to enable them to play a leading role in overcoming the dangers of the age and opening new pathways to world peace. The ultimate goal of P A is to help create a just and harmonious world order by encouraging scholars to search for new ideas and methods of achieving peace • and prosperity. P A will provide scholars and other concerned leaders with the resources they need to solve the fundamental problems facing humanity.”
