The establishment of Korean Culture Foundation - December 9, 1969

On December 9, 1969, Korean culture foundation was established.

The Korean Culture Foundation was established to

provide the financial and legal support for the Litter Angels’ world concerts. This supporting has been started from 1965.

Thanks to the supporting of the Korean Culture

Foundation, the Little Angels perfo-:::ance succecced over 60 t · es world tours.

The little angels perfo~ance tool( a role to connect north and south culture. The president David Dwight Eisenhower, Mil<liail Sergeyevich Gorbachev, Elizabeth II also moved by the little angels performance.

After that, the Korean culture foundation also

support for the Universal Ballet when it was

established and had a perfo~ance.

As those beautiful Korean children show us a world of art and present the beauty of the tradition of the East, we cannot help but feel enraptured. This is evidence of the immense importance of the exchange of culture and the arts in order to advance toward the day of world peace.
