May God and True Parents’ blessings and love be with all regions, mission nations and providential organizations. This is to announce the details for a special jeongseong and offering for True Father’s Seonghwa Ceremony, officially entitled: ‘Sun Myung Moon, the True Parent of Heaven, Earth and Humankind; Universal Seonghwa Ceremony’. This special jeongseong and offering is for the purpose of paying tribute to True Father’s life and achievements, testifying to all of humankind of his sacrifice and dedicated love for the salvation of humankind, and manifesting the glory of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind who came as the Messiah to all people and the King of Kings. All blessed families throughout the world should do their utmost in offering jeongseong while pledging to continue True Father’s legacy and represent it in practice.

Special Jeongseong for the “Sun Myung Moon, the True Parent of Heaven, Earth and Humankind; Universal Seonghwa Ceremony” 1) Purpose of Jeongseong (1) To fully understand True Father’s life and inherit the legacy he bequeathed (2) To complete the mission as new tribal messiahs towards Foundation Day

2) Period: 7.17 – 9.11 by the heavenly calendar in the 3rd year of Cheon-gi (September 3 – October 25, 2012) [53 days]

3) Key milestones within the jeongseong period Day 1: True Father’s Seonghwa - 7.17 by the heavenly calendar (September 3, 2012) Day 13: Seonghwa Ceremony - 7.29 by the heavenly calendar (September 15, 2012) Day 15: 3-day service – 8.2 by the heavenly calendar (September 17, 2012) Day 53: 40-day service – 9.11 by the heavenly calendar (October 25, 2012)

4) Jeongseong conditions (1) 120 gyeongbae each day during the jeongseong period (2) Hoondok reading of the eight great textbooks and teaching materials: at least thirty minutes each day
