Cheon Won Gung Cheonil Sanctum Entrance Ceremony Proclamation and Oath by Inheritors of Heaven's Love and Blessing

The Cheon Won Gung Cheonil Sanctum Entrance Ceremony was held magnificently on April 13 with approximately 50,000 participants gathered at Cheon Won Gung and the Cheongshim Peace World Center, including leaders from political, economic, religious, and cultural fields worldwide, as well as blessed families and members of the Family Federation. The event reached 194 countries through a live worldwide broadcast.

Attended by parliamentary leaders from 40 countries, Paula White-Cain, Senior Advisor to the White House Faith Office, former U.S. House Speaker Newt Gingrich and other distinguished guests together with key Cheon Il Guk leaders, the Entrance Ceremony was conducted as a dignified three-stage ceremony at Cheon Won Gung, which has been completed to world-class standards.

The three-stage ceremony was a sacred event revealing the glory of the era in which Heavenly Parent has settled on earth and governs, proceeded in the order of “The Cheon Seung Journey,” “Ceremony to Reaffirm Heavenly Parent’s Sovereignty,” and “Ceremony for the Inheritance of Heaven’s Love and Blessing.” Lee Chung-woo, Senior Director of the Mission Policy Office at Cheon Mu Won and MC for the Entrance Ceremony, explained the significance of the Entrance into Cheon Won Gung, saying, “Cheon Won Gung will serve as the central administration of Cheon Il Guk and establish itself as a center for learning for all humankind.”

‘The “Ceremony to Reaffirm Heavenly Parent’s Sovereignty” began with the procession of Holy Mother Han, True Mother. Departing from her residence on the third floor, True Mother descended to the first floor and walked between two rows of dancers before standing in front of the central entrance to the Cheonil Ceremony to Reaffirm Heavenly Parent’s Sovereignty, Sanctum. When the central doors of Offering of the Cheonwi Chest the Cheonil Sanctum opened with a fanfare, True Mother walked to the throne prepared at the front of the Cheonil Sanctum and took her seat,

completing the Entrance.

Amid enthusiastic applause from the participants, True Mother raised both hands in response, and the participants offered a bow of gratitude and respect to the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind.

Next, Cheonshim Won President Lee Gi-seong recited “an ode to the life of Holy Mother Han,” praising the great achievements and life of True Mother, the Only Begotten Daughter and substantial Holy Spirit, who was born in 1943 among the prepared Korean people, took the position of True Parent, and has devoted her entire life for Heavenly Parent and humanity.

Following this, the Cheonwi Chest containing four holy items was offered to the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind by 13 Cheon Il Guk public officials. The holy items in the Cheonwi Chest symbolize the authority of Heavenly Parent: the “Cheon Il Guk Flag” embroidered with the Cheon Il Guk emblem, the national flower, and the national bird; the “Cheon Il Guk Royal Seal” in the shape of a crane symbolizing the authority of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind; the “Cheon Il Guk Scripture” containing the words of the new era of Cheon Il Guk; and the “Cheonhwang Bong,” the scepter symbolizing the governance of Cheon Il Guk.

True Mother bestowed the Rings of Heaven’s Blessing, symbolizing true love and the ideal of creation, to Moon Shin-chul and Moon Shin-Heung, third-generation members of the True Family. The two missionary families, established as Inheritors of Heaven’s Love and Blessing, have officially begun their public course by inheriting True Parents’ course through the Ceremony for the Inheritance of Heaven’s Love and Blessing.

Immediately afterward, Moon Shin-chul and Moon Shin-Heung and their wives pledged through the Inheritors’ Oath to “be absolutely united with True Mother, Holy Mother Han,” and then offered a bow of determination and gratitude to True Mother.

The climax of the Ceremony for the Inheritance of Heaven’s Love and Blessing was True Mother’s proclamation, declaring, “In the name of Holy Mother Han, I proclaim to all of heaven and earth that the gates of Heaven, the gates of the Kingdom of Heaven of Cheon Il Guk, are now wide open.” The ceremony concluded with three cheers of Eok Mansei led by the Inheritors of Heaven’s Love and Blessing, resounding throughout Cheon Won Gung.

The “Cheon Seung Journey” Expressed Through Art

The first ceremony of the entrance ceremony, “Heavenly Victory Journey,” began with a congratulatory song, “Heavenly Mother,” sung by soprano Nakari Yukari. Then, a dance troupe dressed in white appeared beneath the Cheon Won Gung obelisk. Under the title “6,000-Year Journey of the Dream,” they expressed the major providential history of the epic of the chosen Korean people.

The choir filled the venue with beautiful melodies of “Song of Settlement,” “The Queen of the Universe Will Be Born,” “Protecting the Young Daughter,” and “The Course of True Parents.” The dance troupe symbolically expressed Heavenly Parent’s providence of creating heaven and earth and preparing for the birth of True Mother, the Only Begotten Daughter, through the Korean people; the manifestation of True Parents for humanity through True Parents’ Holy Wedding; the 6,000-year providential course of the victorious True Parents settling on earth; and the victory of Holy Mother Han, True Mother, who fulfilled that dream.

Cheon Won Gung was built in Seorak-myeon, Gapyeong County, overlooking Chung Pyung Lake. It is a rectangular building with five domes that reinterprets Renaissance architecture, a unique monument symbolizing a world of peace. Clad in stone, the building has four floors above ground and four basement levels, and is built on approximately 56,200 square meters (17,000 pyeong) of land with a total floor area of about 90,400 square meters (27,400 pyeong).

Construction began in 2017. The building was dedicated in 2023, and the April 2025 Entrance Ceremony served as its grand opening. It is hoped that Cheon Won Gung will become both a large scale cultural venue and a new landmark for a peaceful world. It is planned that the cultural and commercial space at Cheon Won Gung will be utilized as a venue for world-class exhibitions and events, a place of creative inspiration where culture, education, and the arts harmonize and thrive.

True Parents’ Entrance Ceremony Proclamation

Heavenly Parent, the Creator and Master of the universe, today we have finally reached this unique day, after You patiently endured and waited for 6,000 years due to the Fall. Heavenly Parent, we thank You. We offer our profound gratitude and our humble apologies.

Now You are truly the rightful Master of this earth. Our second, third, and fourth generation, the Pure Water, born of many blessed families who exist because of True Parents, are going out to the world to impart the vision of Your earthly kingdom across the land. From this day forward, Heavenly Parent, please embrace and love Your children with all Your heart!

This world will now gradually be set in order under Your dominion, and a world of one family of humankind attending the Heavenly Parent with true love will surely unfold. In the name of Holy Mother Han I proclaim to the world that the gates of Heaven, the gates of God’s kingdom of Cheon Il Guk, are now wide open.

Heavenly Mother, whose existence has been hidden throughout history, has manifested as Holy Mother Han in this 13th year of Cheon Il Guk. True Mother, the Only Begotten Daughter coming for the first time, has opened the era in which we can live in the Kingdom of Heaven on earth attending our Heavenly Parent substantially. Through the victory of the Cheon Won Gung Cheonil Sanctum Entrance Ceremony, she has brought completion to the providence and culmination to human history!

On this unprecedented and historic day, we offer our gratitude and glory for your bestowing upon us, the third generation - Moon Shin-chul and Moon Shin-heung - the title of “Inheritors of Heaven’s Love and Blessing.” We pledge to become one with Holy Mother Han, True Mother, who is the great sovereign of history and the providence, and hereby make the following oath: One. We pledge our absolute obedience to the words and will of Holy Mother Han, True Mother, and to strive constantly to embody the exemplary standard befitting Inheritors of Heaven’s Love and Blessing.

One. In order to firmly establish our identity as Inheritors of Heaven’s Love and Blessing, we pledge to unite with Cheon Mu Won, the central administration of the providence created by True Mother, and to fully dedicate ourselves to the responsibilities and missions entrusted to us.

One. We pledge to maintain an attitude of humility and an openness to learn, and to do our utmost to ensure that all the blessed families attending Holy Mother Han can express greater joy, gratitude, and harmony as a community.

We solemnly resolve and pledge that from this day forward we will humbly accept the courses of education and growth that are asked of us, and strive to live up to the standard desired by Holy Mother Han, True Mother.
