0 John LaValley We are excited to announce the launch of t he O rig inal Song Project. It is a week- long c…o $100 14d immersion p rogram targ eting young adult Unificationist m usic ians ages 18-40 interested in songwriting, located in the heart of Manhattan. Our m ission is t o create an artistic, constructive, and supportive space for young adults, to inspire the w riting and sharing of original songs. At the conclusion of t he workshop, t he goal is to have every participant compose at least o ne fu ll orig inal song, presented at an open concert for family and frie nds.

In order to make this workshop accessible to young ad ults and keep t he costs down to a minimum, w hile creating a ric h experience in New York City, we need t o raise f unds! Any support is greatly appreciated and w ill go directly tow ards creating an expe rience t hat empow ers young songwriters, and t he creatio n of songs.

We want to prov ide scholarships for t hose w ho need to t ravel to New York C ity o r cannot cover the fu ll wo rks hop fee ($550 per person for 1 w eek in New York City). You r donations w ill go tow ards financial help to those w ho are passionate about songwriting but need support.

You r donations w ill go to covering the costs of:

• partic ipant scholarsh ips • lodging • food • travel expenses • concert fees (staff, hall rental, A /V equipment) • New York City ex periences, such as music co ncerts and touring • recording f ees at Manhattan Center St udios • core st aff cost s • sem inars w ith professional songwrit ers • any additional funds w ill go to fut u re workshops
