Happy 2017, the Year of Transformation!

As humankind enters the year of 2017, I am very optimistic about what will happen from now on. Humans are entering a time of transformation. But a transformation is like a birth: a delicate time, which needs to be surrounded with love and care. Thus, it is good to know the process of what I expect will be taking place.
A Time of Deepening: From Brain to Soul
In short, this transformation will be from brain to soul. The soul is love; and love is life. But the environment is which the soul exists is the environment afforded by the brain, or mind. Thus, it is natural that the brain, or mind, will appear first; and then, the soul, or love.
In terms of the United States of America, the brain is developing along the ocean borders. And the soul is developing in the center of the nation. In the presidential election of 2016, the world witnessed a struggle between the borders and the center of the nation.
Along the sea borders of the nation, one finds the development of the brain. That is also a place where the newcomers to the United States feel most comfortable.
When newcomers arrive in the United States, coming from other nations, they are initially attracted to the ideology of the brain. Coming to the United States of America is like a rebirth; and the first thing that develops in a newborn child is the brain. It is no wonder, then, that newcomers into the United States are first attracted to the development of the brain.
The Education of the Brain
I will mention, then, a few fundamental points about the education of the brain. As always, my insights come from the Biblical book of Genesis. As I mentioned in another note {http://bit.ly/2hWwGZf], Genesis tells me that, when Adam was created, the Serpent was already there. The Serpent was a highly intelligent being, with a developed ability to reason and to engage in argumentation. In my interpretation, the Serpent is a symbol for a pre-Adamic society, made up of individuals with highly developed brains. It is within the bosom of that society that God developed the soul, or Adam.
In terms of United States, consider the civilization that developed along the sea borders, as opposed to the civilization that has been developing in the heartland of the nation. The civilization of the sea borders is the brain, or the Serpent. The civilization of the heartland is the soul, or Adam and Eve.
And the reason for this dual development is that the soul absolutely needs the protection of the mind in order to survive in the world. Thus, the mind is like a shell for the development of the soul.
And again, if you ask me how I came up with this idea, it is simply from the Biblical book of Genesis, which states that, when Adam was created, God had previously created the Serpent, which was highly intelligent and was already there, as follows: “Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made” (Gen. 3:1 New King James Version). But the Serpent was not the image of God: Adam was.
Lordship Belongs to Adam and Eve
Even though the Serpent was highly intelligent, the Serpent did not have lordship over the earth. That lordship belongs to Adam and Eve, the image of God. Herein, therefore, lies a possibility of a power struggle. Herein lies a drama of human history.
This is a struggle between the soul and the mind. The soul has divine lordship; but the mind has power. This struggle has brought us to a cross-roads.
2017: The Crossroads Between Soul and Mind
I am suggesting that, as of 2017, the world will face a crossroads of soul power versus mind power. It will
be a struggle between Adam and Eve versus the Serpent.
As I see it, the military struggle between soul and brain has already taken place, namely, in World War II, Korean War, Vietnam War, and Cold War. What needs to be done from now on is to win a cultural war.
In order to win the cultural war, the soul power needs to know what kind of weapon the Serpent uses. This weapon is the knowledge of good and evil, which is revealed in Genesis, as follows: “Then the serpent said to the woman, ‘You will not surely die. For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil’” (Gen. 3:4-5).
In practical terms, this means the following: 1. God is lying to you. 2. God does not love you. 3. God is oppressing you.
In highly developed form, this knowledge of good and evil appeared in the 19th century in the form of the three poison ideologies, as follows: 1. Darwinism: God is lying to you. 2. Freudianism: God does not love you. 3. Marxism: God is oppressing you.
In order to win the cultural war, therefore, the soul must confront the Serpent’s three poison ideologies of Darwinism, Freudianism, and Marxism. These three ideologies have been enshrined along the sea borders of the United States as established facts, with “consensus among the scientific community.” Thus, anyone who perchance happens to question these ideologies is branded as a “denier,” someone who goes against the “established consensus.”
In a sense, then, humankind is right back in the Garden of Eden, with the struggle between Adam and the Serpent. Adam has internalized God’s word not to eat of the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil; and the Serpent is tempting Adam and Eve to go ahead and eat of that forbidden fruit, on the promise that they will become like God, knowing good and evil. Thus, a kid born in Topeka, Kansas, may be given a chance to stay in Kansas and take care of the family farm or go to Palo Alto, study computer science, embrace Darwinism, Freudianism, and Marxism, and make a cool billion by the time he is 30 years old.
Embrace the Soul and Have It All!
The promise of 2017 is that humans no longer must make a decision. We can have it all! The trick is to embrace the soul, to stay true to God’s commandment.
Why? Because God is love; and love is the Lord. So, if you embrace, love, you can have it all.
Happy New Year, 2017!!!
