The Right to Migrate: Is There Such a Right?
2016-12-21 · Source: tparents.org
Should people all over the world have the right to migrate at will, anywhere and everywhere? For guidance, I look at the human body. I propose that the human body is the model for the creation of earth. I say this based on the Biblical belief that man and woman were created in the image of God. Therefore, the human body resembles God. And since the earth resembles the Creator, then the earth resembles the human body.
No Free Travel in the Human Body
In the human body, all cells are created equal, with inalienable rights to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. All cells come from the same parents; hence, cells are brothers and sisters. The cells of the human body are, however, very different from one another. They live in three separate areas, and the perform different functions. Most importantly, they are not free to roam around in the body, anywhere they wish.
The three separate areas of the body are the area below the diaphragm (the stomach area), the are above the diaphragm and below the head (the heart area), and the area in the head (the brain area). The area of the stomach exists for joy; the area of the heart exists for happiness; and the area of the brain exists for understanding.
The important point is that there is very strict separation among the three areas. The environment in each area is completely different. What is allowed in one area may not be allowed in another area. A cell from the stomach, for example, could be harmful if it invaded the heart area. And something from the heart area could cause damage if it invaded the brain area.
Three Areas on Earth
I propose, then, that the human body is the standard for the earth. Thus, any theory about the earth must have some justification in the human body. Therefore, anyone making statements about how things should be on earth must offer evidence coming from the human body. The human body, then, is the prototype and model of the earth.
And since the human body has three regions, I propose that the earth, also, has three regions. In the human body, there are an area of the stomach, an area of the heart, and an area of the brain. So, the earth must have three areas as well, corresponding to the stomach, the heart, and the brain. But before discussing differences on earth, I would like to take a moment to consider the the purpose and importance of difference.
The Purpose and Importance of Difference
The purpose and importance of difference is that, because of difference, the parts can accomplish two things: First, the different parts can relate with one another; and second, the different parts can maintain the overall balance of the earth. Difference is, therefore, extremely important for the earth. But what about equality?
Difference and Equality
Here is the difficult point to grasp: The parts are both different and equal. They have to be equal because a system cannot be well balanced if the parts are not equal. As an example, consider the balance scale. One one side there is a weight; on the other side there is something else, for example, an amount of beans. They need to be equal in order for the scale to be balanced. Therefore, something can be different and equal at the same time. That is what we need to have balance on earth.
Thus, the three areas of the stomach, heart, and brain are different, but they are also equal. And that is why there is balance in the human body. And on earth, it is the same thing the areas of earth are different, but they are equal. Difference and equality, then, is the secret of balance on earth.
If we search, then, we find on earth the three cultures: the stomach (Asia and Oceania), the heart (Africa and South America), and the brain (North America and Europe/Russia). These areas are different, but they are also equal. That is what keeps the earth in balance.
In answer to the question of this article, then: Are people allowed to roam free from area to area? Yes, but if they do, they must adapt themselves to the local culture. This has to do with borders, language, and culture. When an immigrant comes with the attitude of adapting to the new country, then there is no problem whatsoever. This is the way of the world: migrations and new beginnings. But those who migrate, must then adapt themselves to their new home.
