Visit of Tongil Foundation Chairman No Hi Pak to The Segye Times

No Hi Pak, Tongil Foundation Chairman and Kim Yeong Tae, secretary general and his company, visited the Segye Times Company on January 17, 2014. This company aims to climb high with new righteous spirit and values. After a warm round of dialogue, President Cheo Han Gyu, Director Lee Ik Soo and Director Yun Yeong Pyo, they began discussing strategic business plans for the Segye Times.

President Cho mentioned the goal to establish a publication of righteousness, mastery and cheer. By being recognized as the newspaper with the spirit and value of this age with dignity, energy and justice, he also emphasized the importance of making a newspaper which can bring hope and joy to people.

In addition, he discussed the importance of the new media in this information age. By building the new platform, he wants to enhance the reports by combining images and texts, to produce and distribute real time articles.

To enhance social and national communication and sharing based on this foundation, he seeks to expand the outer organization, presenting a project that can convey the voices of real sites throughout the whole country and the world, through research committees.

People expect a bold new leap for the Segye Times in 2014.
