The 6th National Jaraseom Island Marathon was held in the strong hold of natural sights and culture tourism, Gapyeong. At the event the course was adjusted in favor of a rather flat route helping many marathon enthusiasts beat their personal record and helping other complete the race. The splendid marathon course with majestic Bukhan River in the background displayed for the participants just what the essence of autumn is. We hope many readers can take part in the marathon hosted by Gapyeong County and the Segye Ilbo, both league members and individuals.
