Prayer Request for Mark Nishio and Family

Let us pray for our beloved brother Mark Nishio as he transitions to the spirit world. A prayer vigil will be held at the Columbus church from 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 25, until 10 a.m. on Sunday, June 26.
The Seonghwa Ceremony will take place on Sunday, June 26, at 12:00 PM (noon). All are welcome to pray during the prayer vigil and join the Seonghwa Ceremony
Below is a letter contributed by Mark’s mother, Susan Nishio.
The Unification community of Columbus, Ohio is greatly saddened by the sudden death of Mark Nishio in a motorcycle accident at 11 a.m. June 22. The fourth child and third son of Hiroyoshi and Susan Nishio, he was studying engineering technology at Columbus State Community College. An excellent artist, well-traveled adventurer, bicyclist and motorcyclist, he was known for his tenacity as well as his sensitivity and kindness. He is survived by his parents and his four siblings: Andrew Nishio, Lee Nishio, Haejin Dadachanji and Mi-Jin Price. He also is survived by several cousins and aunts and uncles and a large circle of close friends.
A prayer vigil will be held at the Columbus church from 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 25, until 10 a.m. on Sunday, June 26. All are welcome to come and pray and visit and share during the prayer vigil and at the memorial service the following day.
