The Special Grace given by our True Parents through providential ceremonies

I have heard complaints recently about True Mother bequeathing new Holy wine and other Holy items. Some have said that they do not feel the need for new “spiritual conditions” but would rather focus on actions. While I do think that generally actions are more important than “conditions,” I would like to share a slightly different point of view.

First of all, I see the special grace given by our True Parents through providential ceremonies not as onerous burdens but as a form of protection for Blessed Families.

In 1992 I spent 10 days in Kodiak, Alaska with True Father. At that time he said that True Parents had liberated the entire spiritual world, i.e., all of it, including those in paradise and those in the depths of hell. He said that all of these spirits would now be descending to the earth to be resurrected. For the evil spirits, however, this meant that they would come down to earthly people and try to get them to sin in the hopes that the earthly people would then repent, and when they repented the evil spirits could also repent and be resurrected. What True Father implied was that the earth was basically going to go to hell, and that this must happen in order for us to build the eternal Kingdom of Heaven. If we were to build a Kingdom of Heaven on earth without first liberating the spirits in hell, there would be no way for them to be resurrected in the future.

When we look around the nation and the world today, it truly seems that everything is going to hell. On one occasion, True Father said that before restoration is completed at least one-third of all people will go completely crazy and will end up (or should end up) in mental hospitals for some time period.

Because of the incredibly chaotic situation currently in the spirit world, it seems to me that we are living in a very, very dangerous time. I look at the various Holy Wine ceremonies given by True Parents, now and in the past, as offerings of love and grace to protect Blessed families from the evil and crazy spirits descending on the world today.

I don’t disagree that our actions speak louder than our spiritual conditions, but when it comes to protecting my family and lineage, I will take all the protection I can get. So, if True Mother says that this completion stage Holy Wine ceremony is necessary to protect us and allow us to ascend (eventually) to the heavenly realms, I’m willing to go along with it and be grateful for the love and forgiveness of God and True Parents.

This is just my point of view and is not something I have discussed with any Church or FFWPU leaders. It’s just the perspective of your brother who loves you all.
