Esteemed leaders of Heavenly Korea, UPF, key providential organizations, and those joining us digitally from across the globe, I extend a warm welcome to you all.
Following the dedication ceremony of the Cheon Won Gung Cheon Il Sanctum, True Mother reordered the organization, stating, “For the multitude of endeavors undertaken so far, we must present Heaven with fresh and visible accomplishments by 2025.”
In light of this, True Mother has appointed Song Yong-cheon as the President of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification, Yang Chang-shik as the Chairman of UPF International, and Song Gwang-seok as the Chairman of Heavenly Korea Family Federation. We are blessed to embark on a new beginning.
True Mother recently shared, “When we first offer, let go, sacrifice, and relinquish all or put all aside, we establish a condition before Heaven. Heaven will then prepare more for us, guiding us with more significant blessings, enabling us to encounter those prepared to do good.” True Father similarly taught, “Don’t be concerned about whether something will succeed or not; worry instead about whether you’ve made the attempt.”
In receiving our new missions through this reorganization, I am confident that if we focus not on the individual feasibility of a task but center ourselves on Heaven, True Mother’s heart, and the CheonShimWon, uniting our strengths, the path to national and global restoration longed for by the Heavenly Parent and True Parents will surely unfold by 2025. I hope that every one of us will grow and develop even more during this period of renewal. Thank you.
Address of Encouragement Jeong Won-ju McDevitt, Chief of Staff, Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon’s 2nd Secretariat
Respected leaders of Heavenly Korea, UPF, principal providential organizations, and all global leaders participating online, along with our cherished members, I greet you with sincerity. In overseeing daily meetings, True Mother is guiding the providence towards a new beginning for Heavenly Unified Korea and ultimately the Heavenly Unified World. As part of this, she has bolstered the Chief of Staff’s Office, appointing Moon Yeon-ah as the 1st Secretary and myself, Jeong Won-ju, as the 2nd Secretary. She described these roles as akin to the internal and external affairs ministries of a government. Further, she appointed Julia Moon as Director of the Hyojeong Cultural Institute to cultivate the culture of era of Cheon Il Guk. Along with this, True Mother appointed Song Yong-cheon as President of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification, Yang Chang-shik as Chairman of UPF, and Song Gwang-seok as President of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification in Korea.

Thank you.
Inaugural Address Yang Chang-shik, Chairman of UPF International and UPF-Korea
I would like to extend my deepest gratitude and respect to Heavenly Parent and True Parents for allowing us to convene here today. True Mother, recognizing our various experiences, accomplishments, and expertise since the 80th anniversary of True Mother’s birth, appointed myself, Yang Chang- shik, and President Song Yong-cheon.
She bestowed upon us the divine command to work collaboratively with you all towards achieving the reunification of North and South Korea.
Among the twelve apostles of Jesus, Peter, a fisherman, was not chosen for his exceptional abilities but for his willingness to abandon his boat and nets without hesitation when Jesus summoned him. An apostle refers to someone who lived during the same era as Jesus, experienced His resurrection, and became a witness.
Today, we are all apostles of Cheonilguk, chosen and blessed by True Parents to carry out our mission in an era directly guided by True Parents.
Beloved leaders, unification has been the core of our movement since the establishment of our denomination. It signifies the fate of our homeland, the global resolution of the Cain-Abel conflict, and the fulfillment of the heavenly providence. At this time, I hope we can all become champions of Cheonilguk, dedicating ourselves to actualize the vision for 2027. Let’s strive to bring this vision to life by 2025 under the guidance of our True Parents. Thank you.
Inaugural Address Song Gwang-seok, President of FFWPU-Korea
A fter the dedication of the Cheon Won Gung Cheon Il Sanctum, which took place with fervent Jeongseong and heartfelt devotion on March 18th (heavenly calendar) and May 7th (solar calendar), True Mother summoned key leaders to Cheon Jeong Gung.
True Mother conveyed, “In order to hold the entrance ceremony to welcome the Heavenly Parent at Cheon Won Gung, a national foundation must exist within the sphere of Heavenly Parent’s influence.” Upon these words, she conducted organizational reform.
During this period, she appointed Song Yong-cheon as President of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification and Yang Chang-shik as Chairman of UPF, that they may work together and lead the national restoration of Korea and the reunification of North and South Korea.
True Mother stated, “Even though the Cheon Won Gung has been dedicated, for an environment where Heavenly Parent can freely operate, all 50 million people of this nation must become children of the Heavenly Parent, receive the True Parent’s blessings, and register as citizens of Cheon Il Guk.”
Honored pastors and public officials, our mission from this point forward is to dedicate our lives to laying the groundwork for the reunification of North and South Korea and to display and inform the entire nation of True Parents’ accomplishments, thereby paving the path to global peace.
Over the next six months, Heavenly Korea will lay the groundwork to spearhead the reunification movement.
Concurrently, we will devote our efforts towards activities that will ensure the victorious expectation of the entrance ceremony of the Cheon Won Gung Cheon Il Sanctum, where citizens of Cheon Il Guk will gather by 2025. Let us return to the spirit of our early days, tighten our shoelaces, and fulfill the divine command for national restoration and the reunification of North and South Korea. Thank you.
