Response to Richard Panzer's latest post promoting Sanctuary Church

Dear brother Richard, I know you have difficulty accepting the comments I make in response to your emails, but please think about them.

1st paragraph: Just as Jesus radically taught that “God” was our Heavenly Father, so True Father radically taught that “God” was our Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother, our Heavenly Parent(s) who became one in heart through a process TF called Chun Il Guk (“two becoming one”). You know the relevant quotes from TF I’m referring to, but you keep refusing to acknowledge them. Christianity “has been” the global religion that served as the base for uniting the world, yes; but to actually unite the world, traditional Christians will need to redefine themselves in light of the Unificationist version of Christianity. DP, therefore, eclipses the Old and New Testament.

2nd paragraph: “The devil’s love got implanted” when human beings in general began taking self-centered pleasure in their abuse of others, starting with fallen Adam and Eve. Even if people receive True Parents Holy Marriage Blessing, if they continue falling into the trap of abusing others for personal gain or pleasure, they are still a substantial reflection of “the devil’s love.” Sanctuary Church is led by Hyung Jin and financed by Kook Jin, who fell into just such a trap when he convinced himself it was acceptable to be secretly unfaithful to his first blessing partner. I’m not saying this to judge our brother, only to clarify that a person’s attitude and behavior is more a measure of “the devil’s love” than anything else. Hyo Jin found the solution through sincere public repentance.

Regarding your comments: How could Jesus call himself the “only begotten son of God” and then True Father also call himself the “only begotten son of God”? It’s because the term is a theological metaphor meaning “the only man around on earth now who is a true son of God.” So does a true Adam need a true Eve? Does an only begotten son need an only begotten daughter? Yes, of course! To dispute this obvious truth by saying it’s not in the Bible is a cop-out-- Father gave us higher truth that goes way beyond what was revealed in the Bible.

True Mother didn’t reject Christ, like you say. But when she tried to correct Hyung Jin, and he rejected her correction, she had to take him out of leadership position. As True Father warned us, “There is only one set of True Parents.” You can’t reject or try to diminish True Mother and be a leader in good standing in the Unification Movement. Many are called but few are chosen; and even among the sons and daughters who were specially chosen to be born in TP’s direct lineage, we know that several of them have failed. If you believed TF when he spoke about TM, you’d know she was totally victorious.

Father promoted Won Hwa Do as a principled martial art because it trains people to counter aggressive attacks with powerful strikes and not passively with defensive blocks. The side of goodness doesn’t strike first but it will surely defend itself, to the attacker’s chagrin.

Now I’ve got better things to do, Richard, so I’d like you to take me off your list until the day Hyung Jin repents about all the trash he’s been saying about our True Mother. OK?
