Last Days and Second Coming of Christ. Second Coming of Christ and phenomena of the Returning Resurrection.

The Jews, Christians, and Muslims have a very vague concept on the Last days, some call it, End of days, or Judgement Day. Their understanding of these two fundamental aspects is like 3rd- grade education. This is why it didn’t work during Jesus’ time. The chosen people were stuck to the literal interpretation of the Bible that was given to ancient times. The Jews expected the Messiah to magically descend to them from the sky. they also expected the prophet Elijah to return on a chariot of fire, from the sky. Read these Bible verses..(Malachi 4:4-5 II and Kings 2:11)

I believe God sent us new truth in our modern time today to clarify these concepts and explain to us how these phenomena appear in our time. a perfect example of how the phenomenon of the Last Days and Second Coming of Christ take place, and what transpires during these times is the following story…

Funeral Procession Dream

Please note! The following dream came to me approximately 6 weeks before I met the Unification Church missionaries in America in 1981, during the darkest time of my life. I fall in love with an American lady in Saudi Arabia and I left my good job and came to America to marry her and to begin a new hopeful future. Tragically, two months later as we were preparing for our wedding, I discovered that my girlfriend was cheating on me. I collected my stuff, left her house, checked in motel 6, and thought I would die. I was crushed and deep depression took hold of me. During these three dark days in motel 6, I received two powerful, life-like dreams. the following is one of the dreams, I titled, the Funeral Procession dream.

This dream relates to the returning resurrection during the time of Christ’s Second Coming and how the dead spirits in the spirit world are allowed to return to earth and work with their descendants to witness to Christ, as indicated in the Bible (Heb. 11:39-40) and explained in the Divine Principle, Resurrection chapter page 146.

I dreamt I was standing at a road juncture near home, watching a funeral procession. The dead man was carried in the traditional way on a stretcher. I was amazed by the huge crowd of people, that numbered in the thousands, at this man’s funeral and thought he must be a highly important person. Another thing that drew my attention was the fact that it was untraditional; they were burying him very late at sunset, and the sky was amber red. As I stood watching the scene, thinking and wondering who that person was, suddenly the dead man came alive and left the stretcher, crossed the crowd, and came directly to me. As

he got closer to me I noticed he was my Uncle Taib. Panic-stricken, I was begging my uncle to stop and to not touch me and telling him, “Please don’t touch me, I don’t want to die!” (In the tradition I was raised in, we have a saying that if you dreamt of a dead person visiting you, it meant that the dead person is coming to take you away). As I stood in panic, screaming “no, no, no,” my dead uncle grabbed hold of me.

Then the scene changed, and I was sitting opposite my uncle at a table with some of my younger brothers and sisters. My uncle on the other side of the table was holding my hands and screaming at me, begging me to pay heed and to take something. It was like a life-threatening situation. My uncle was screaming at me and saying, “Please, my son, take it! Please, my son, take it!” as if he was trying to prevent something very catastrophic. I asked, “What? What do you want me to take?” My uncle leaned forward and gave me a strong kiss on my lips. The scene changed, and my uncle seemed to have gone, and there I was, clothed in a white long robe like a prophet. Then strangely as in the dreams scenario the robe I was wearing changed into a navy-like white uniform. The jacket was so white and clean but a bit long, as if it were made for a different person and the pants were in the old bell-bottom style. I didn’t like it a bit. Another thing that troubled me was that the shoes were high-heel platform shoes, with stains of black shoe polish all the way up to the knees. While I was complaining about these things, it felt as though someone was taking notes of everything and assuring me that these things would be altered and fixed in the proper way. As I stood there whining and complaining, “why me?” my younger brothers and sisters were singing and chanting religious songs. The End.

My interpretation of this dream

After many years in the church, contemplating and analyzing this dream, one day, an answer to my dream dawned on me as crystal clear as it can be! The following is my interpretation of the dream:

1) The hundreds of thousands of people gathered for my uncle’s funeral, are none other than my ancestors.

2) The juncture, in which the funeral was taking place, is obvious; it is the unprecedented time and juncture that I stood at the time of the dream was myself and the Last Days-Second Coming of Christ.

3) Uncle Taib Kiss represents a kiss of “new life”.

4) The jacket was a bit longer than my size. This could mean the jacket was made for a more spiritually matured person, which I wasn’t at the time. It suggested that I should pay attention to my calling, shape up and be more of a Godly person than I am at the time.

5) The pants were fashioned in the old bell-bottom style which described my personality at the time as, “flirty”, happy content kind of person, too busy living selfishly without regard for God’s laws.

6) Platform, high-heel shoes in Black! Wrong colors, people don’t wear black shoes with white suits! This describes how “wild” and wrong was the path I was living! It doesn’t portray a Godly religious life and alerted me to the necessity for a change!

7) Stains of shoe polish up to my knees emphasize how far I had deviated from morality with my wild, sinful and immature ways of life!

My complaints about all these trivia that were wrong with my pants and shoes, and the feeling that a person was there with me taking notes of all my complaints could mean two things, they are as follow.

(A) God opened my eyes to all my sins which I needed to work on and admit to.

The person taking note and assuring me that everything would be altered and fixed, encouraged me to just take the mission. This means that God had forgiven my sins and called me to take my mission in the role of what looked like a prophet, (Clothed in a white long robe) my understanding of this was that I was selected as a “New Chosen Person”, prepared and called upon to meet the Lord of the Second Advent!
