Anwar Sadat of Egypt is my link to the Unification Movement

It is amazing how God prepared His people from around the world and from every religious backgrounds!

After watching two Great Muslim countries, Iraq and Iran fighting each other like arch enemies for the length of 8 year war, where 2 million young people died from both side. This was it for me! There is no hope for peace in Islam!. Period! I was so painfully disappointed about Islam beyond words. God really shook me up to the core, and made me realize what is happening in Islam before He connected me to the Unification Movement on October 6, 1981, the very day Anwar Sadat was Assassinated! I was on the street, reading the News Paper about his assassination in Chattanooga, TN, when Unification church Missionaries talked to me.

Anwar Sadat was my greatest hero for Peace, I loved him and adored for his courage to go against the wish of other Arab leaders and went to Israel to sign peace treaty with Israel Prime Minister, Menachem Begin. I loved him for that! Actually I personally met him and six other heads of States, including Menachem Begin, Ted Heath of England, who were invited by the Shah of Iran for a secret meeting at the Caspian Grand Hotel In Ramsar, where I was working. I was chosen to serve dinner at the Head table where the heads of States set. I served Anwar Sadat and talked to him and brushed against him. It was my most pride moments of my life. Anwar Sadat of Egypt. was my number one hero, After President Bourguiba of my country, Tunisia. I loved and adored these two greatest Arab presidents! It’s interesting to note, that Israel Prime Minister was also assassinated by a Jewish extremist group for same reason! Both Presidents paid the price with their blood! Wow! What history it was!

God is an amazing God! He works and prepare His people well ahead of time. God prepared me well, to connect me with the Unification Movement and to Reverend Sun Myung Moon, My everlasting True Father! Thank you God!
