Spirit World - How my daughter got her name from my wife's dream

After we married, we tried all we could for more than eight years, to have a baby but we couldn’t. Surprisingly, Tarah! God blessed us with our only child, our daughter, Alisa. We know the baby is going to be a girl. Three months before she was born, I remember.

My wife and I spent the whole night to almost dawn paging through a stack of books of different cultures, looking for a name for our daughter. We looked and looked and nothing came out. We were getting tired and slowly giving up.

Then I looked at my wife and told her “ we are religious people and love God, let’s pray to God and let Him give us a name. So we both kneeled down a prayed and tucked ourselves in bed and went to sleep. Not two hours later, my wife shook me to wake up and said she had a dream.

In the dream a group of ladies wearing black veils, we don’t know what religion these ladies were from and said to my wife “name the Baby Alisa.” It’s interesting, when Alisa was about one and a half year old, we invited a Tunisian couple to dinner at our home.

As we were dining, Alisa was happy playing on her baby chair next to us, the man looked at our baby and asked what’s her name and both spoke at the same, Alisa.

The man sad” woh! Alisa! Did you who Alisa was?

We both shook our heads and said, no.

The man happened to be a graduate if Sorbonne University in France and master of history. He told us that Alisa was the queen of Carthage 3000 years. The very Carthaginians empower that dominated the world, but crashed by the Romans empire, literally burnt to the ground.

I guess we from a powerful royal family.
