Pray for Peace in the Middle East

In Sunday sermon, Brother Klaus Schick, Pastor of FFWPU church in Chapel Hill North Carolina prophesied and said that “God can touch any of us and let us feel True Love like in a Pentecost Experience. Ali Mahjoub was blessed just now with a touch of Wisdom”…

Forgiveness VS Justice Ali’s letter

This video of Sun Myung Moon’s great work for peace in the Middle East is important for the world to witness that there had been such event for true peace and love that were initiated by True Father, the Reverend Sun Myung Moon.

Since the day the fighting between Israel and Hamas began, I found myself spellbound in debates on a numbers of internet sites, talking to Jews, Christians, Muslims and even with my Unificationist brothers and sisters, arguing and fighting for JUSTICE. Lately however, as if by divine will, I was having a second thought, and the meanwhile I read a comment made by Laura Hornbeck confirmed the new change of heart that I was going through. Her comment was that “Forgiveness is the key, not “justice”.

In one hand, I love the Jewish people and I support the Jews return to the holy land they once occupied and I support Israel independent state, because I truly believe it was predestined by God as clearly noted in Bible prophecies. But on the other hand I felt Israel had done the wrong thing by annexing most of the Palestinian land in the wars of the 1967/1972 and pushed millions of Palestinians off their land into the desert, present day Gaza, living in refugee camps for 60 years without hope of return. Israel’s continuous aggression and harsh control on Palestinians and its defiant rejection of the UN resolution, and the building of new settlements is alarming.

This is what I find myself consumed with lately. I also must add, that the Arab world didn’t do great job with the Palestinians either and I feel they were let down badly by their Arab brothers. No Arab nation rushed to help them in means of jobs or citizenship, no Arab nation wanted them. After sixty some years living like a prisoners and saw no hope, they had enough of unfair treatment and injustice, Palestinians, represented by Hamas felt that Violence and terrorism is the only available option for their liberation. This is what was consuming me in the last two weeks since the fight between Israel and Hamas began…

But God is great and compassionate and knew my burning heart… Yesterday a profound spiritual phenomena happened to me, in which I believe I was given an answer to what consumed me about the Israeli-Palestinian struggle. The answer came to me through a dream. I don’t want to take people’s time, but the best way to understand the message is to first know the dream. I am a dreamer, and I believe in my dreams, this why I wrote my book, Honor Thy God and spoke of dreams that led me to Rev. Moon’s Unification Church.

In numbers of times when God wants to reveal something urgently important, He does something to exhaust by body so he can get me down and fall asleep. Well! This is what happened yesterday, I was doing well most of the day and suddenly in late afternoon, I felt exhausted and my body was weak and slightly dizzy. So I throw myself on the couch and minute later I was gone. Than I had the following dream…

In the dream, I was walking with a dear Jewish friend (a Unificationist brother, no need to mention his name) that I highly loved and respected as an elder brother. It appears we were walking to a conference and we needed to pay for something…

My dear Jewish friend/brother said he had only $9.00 on him. Half way through our walk, my Jewish friend said He lost his money, so I said to him don’t worry we will manage somehow. As we walked few meters away, I saw a bundle of money on the floor, so picked it up and saw a $10 dollar bill and about 5 or 6 single dollar bills. So after I counted them again I found out that there were two $10 bills so as I was preparing to offer my Jewish friend half of the money, he quickly grabbed the two $10 bills and refused to them back to me.

I begged and begged him to return the money to me but he kept refusing until I got so made and started to scream at him and wanted to fight with him, grabbing him from the neck and demanding that he give me

back the money. I was shouting and shoving him around, but the interesting thing, he never reacted or said anything back at me. He looked much stronger than me. He had a very large stiff neck and could easily beat the hell out of me, but kept silent while I was bad mouthing him and telling him that I trusted him before but now I know he cannot be trusted because what he did.

In the dream, money was not the issue, but what got me so mad and disappointed with my dear Jewish friend and brother is JUSTICE! I felt it is not right of him to do that. I really pushed my dear Jewish friend/brother to the breaking point. I am so sorry! This dream really shook me to the bone. I couldn’t stop thinking about it until 3:58 am as I writing this dream…

My whole views on this matter had drastically changed from demanding on Israel to stop hurting the Palestinians, to compassion for the Jewish people and the hell they went through for God to eradicate evil and build His Kingdom of love and peace on this earth. I felt sorry and compassion for both, the Palestinians and the Israelis. I realized that what they are going through is their FATE destined by God to fulfill a providential and Divine plan, something neither of them would wish to be in. I want to apologize to everyone I argued with on the internet, and I particularly apologize to my Jewish brothers and sister in the whole world.

Brothers and sisters, lets come together in the name of our same God, and pray and seek His help. as God promised us In 2 Chronicles 7:14, which says…”If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” People of the books, Jews, Christians and Muslims, let us refrain from calling each other names and from being bias . Let’s become Ambassadors for Peace! Honor Thy God
