Education Conference Feedback 1) The average satisfaction rate was at 4.2 out of 5. 2) The average relevance/helpfulness respondents found for their jobs was at 3.2 out of 5. 3) The main takeaway for most people was that it provided a good opportunity to network, meet people in the same field and share with others. Some also stated that they realised the importance of education and the responsibility teachers have. Further points include the fact that this conference covered many aspects of education as well as different perspectives on it, the hopefulness that teaching can be done in better ways and the joy of seeing young couples/the younger generation engaging in education. 4) Average satisfaction rates with logistics:

8) In addition to the sessions people commented that they like to have the possibility to choose different sessions at the conference; however, others voiced that there were too many sessions altogether.
9) Generally, the participants felt that this event was a good first effort which covered a variety of topics, but many would have liked to have more discussion and networking time. In addition, some felt that the content was too broad and would need to be more specific for the next conference. 10) Cranes Club Membership at the event
11) 18 out of 25 are interested and 7 out of 25 are maybe interested in becoming a Cranes Club member after the event. 12) 11 out of 25 would be interested and other 11 are maybe interested in attending an online Cranes Club education event such as a webinar. 3 out of 25 are not interested. 13) 19 out of 25 would recommend and 6 out of 25 would maybe recommend Cranes Club to others. 14) Suggestions for future even content included the topic of creating a school on the European level, parental education, application of the Divine Principle to teaching, education programmes for blessed children, character education, the psychological and neurological aspect of education and others. A more general suggestion for the next conference was to add an extra day to it with a more specific programme relevant to the participants.
