Dear Blessed Families,
We would like to inform you about the upcoming Blessing in 2014. It has already been announced that around the anniversary of Foundation Day in February 2014 there will be a Blessing in Korea. This Blessing will be open to all matched 1 st and 2nd Generation couples and will also include a matching by True Mother for 2 nd Generation CIG-Standard candidates. The Blessing Ceremony will take place on February 8th 2014.
All European Second Generation who wish to attend this Blessing, either as a couple matched by parents, or as a CIG Matching candidate, can already register with the European Second Generation Blessing Department, so we can prepare and inform you about details coming up. All Second Generation Blessing participants must register that they wish to participate in this Blessing with the Second Generation Blessing Department, A short Email notification (blessing@esgd.org) is enough. All Blessing participants must complete the full Blessing Application and in the case of Parents matching, they also should hand in the Matching report form.
Requirements to attend the Blessing for ALL Second Generation Candidates:

Blessing Preparation WS (no more than 2 years old) 21 day DP WS (or 21 day mob, Settlement Age WS, ODP+ WS, 40 day CP WS, 7 day Original Divine Principle WS, DONE or 1 year STF) At least 18 years old. For CIG candidates the minimum age is 20 years old (Born before 8th February 1994). Blessing fee (1400 USD / 1100 EUR for Europe, 600 USD / 500 EUR for East Europe and Re-blessing candidates, if they paid their original Blessing fee). This fee includes the Blessing donation, the participation fee in Korea, Meals and Accommodation in Korea during the Blessing Programme. The Blessing fee should only be paid to the European 2nd Generation Blessing Department and be paid before attending the Blessing. You can pay the money in cash in Korea or wire it at least 1 week before the Blessing. Details will follow.

Information regarding those candidates who are matched by their Parents: Please make sure both sides complete their Blessing application in their region (Europe) in time and that both Blessing Departments (in case matched to a candidate in another region) have been informed about the match (Matching report form).
Information regarding those candidates who wish to be matched by True Parents: Please make sure to complete your Blessing Application in time and register with the European Second Generation Blessing Department. Only candidates who complete the application in time and qualify for True Parents matching will be able to participate in True Parents’ matching.
Invited to participate in this matching are all Second Generation who meet the Cheon Il Guk Standard and are over 20 years of age (born before 8th February 1994). True Mother at the last Blessing asked to raise the age limit, therefore only candidates over 20 will be admitted to the coming matching.
Cheon Il Guk Standard: a. Those who are receiving the matching and blessing for the first time. (A person who has been matched by True Parents or who has been matched by their parents before may NOT participate.) b. Purity: Those who have had absolutely no girlfriend/boyfriend relationship. c. Those who have absolute faith to accept True Parents’ match without question and who are resolved to not break it. d. Those who are willing to receive an international Blessing (with a person from any nationality). e. Those who have no special physical or psychological problems.
Please remember only qualified candidates who have completed the Blessing Application in time and received approval from the European Second Generation Blessing Department will be able to attend. There will be a Workshop for Applicants of True Parents Matching in Korea before the Blessing, and the matching by True Parents will take place during this time. The Workshop will be from 3rd to 5th of February 2014, therefore candidates need to arrive in Korea on the 2nd of February 2014 and should plan to leave after the Blessing on the 10th of February 2014. Accommodation during this time (2nd to 10th of February 2014) for the Matching candidate will be covered by the Blessing fee.
Only people who are physically present will be able to participate (no picture matching). Therefore applicants for True Parents’ Matching are expected to arrive in Korea earlier. Details will follow.
Further Information for ALL Blessing Participants
Concerning Travel: The Blessing will be on February 8th 2014. For all Second Generation Blessing participants, there will be a programme arranged for you in Korea from the 7 th to the 9th of February 2014. Therefore, please book your travel to arrive in Korea on the 6 th of February and depart on the 10th of February 2014. Pick up, accommodation, etc. during this period in Korea will be covered for Blessing participants. Parents or family who also wish to attend during this time can register but will need to pay for their costs. Details will follow.
For those attending True Mother’s Matching, you will need to plan to come to Korea earlier, as mentioned above. Please register, so we can inform you about details.
Blessing Workshops: We will hold the next European Blessing preparation WS in Cleeve House, UK, January 16th – 19th 2014. This will be the last European Blessing preparation WS before the February 2014 Blessing.
