Longterm Goal and vision: international network of youth educators

‐ We have more than 4000 BCs in EU, around 50% of them are above 18 years old. ‐ Some of them are graduates from our full‐time programs, though it is rather minority… ‐ Generally we want to support 2nd Gen in their spiritual lives, to succeed in their marriage, Blessing, having wonderful families, master the life and career… ‐ Target group is all the 2nd Gen over 18 years old, regardless of their background and the current situation. ‐ We want to provide the access to high quality spiritual education, learning the most life skills and growing character and living a life of virtue. ‐ We want to strengthen the culture of elders taking care of youngers, inheriting from the experiences and foundation. ‐ We want to offer the opportunities to attend the educational workshops at every season of the year as well as to visit interesting cultural and historic sites together, spending the holidays based on God’s centered friendship… ‐ We want to provide good pastoral care and improve youth ministry on european and national levels…

• The STF vision: Support the European Movement’s PLAN development through witnessing

 Instead of focusing on STF as only a educational training program, we are focusing on now providing 2nd generation the chance to involve themselves in MISSION  This Mission should not only help STF members grow and develop, but also help the European Movement grow and develop

 Continued Witnessing….  Generally the STF members have taken an increasing amount of ownership when it comes to giving lectures. They have at least one stable event per week. Also, they are filtering more in their approach now, and looking more for serious people.
