1. Windermere a. Scott Dolfay advised the Council on property line issues. b. Summary: i. Fox: Property line to the front, left of the entrance, Fox’s have taken actions to claim part to the property. We sent a letter to assert ownership which was rejected. A law says you can encroach and take private property. The Fox dispute may be on city property, and not our property, but we need to go to city hall. ii. Priscilla: North of the kitchen, Priscilla intentionally in 1978 moved the fence to claim part of the property as payment for someone backing into the fence and she says we didn’t fix it. We didn’t contest it and the law is on her side, but she hasn’t followed through on claiming the property at city hall. The area is 4 ft. from the kitchen to the east end of the property about 400 sf. c. Action: For Fox issue someone needs to go to city hall to confirm that wall belongs to us, the owners of Windermere. Then, paint the wall and maintain the property. For the area north of the kitchen we can wait until we are more able to deal with the issue. Get a survey of the property with permanent markers.

Note from Larry: the Seattle pastor will double as the District pastor who would be more of a pastor-coach to the district, or head of a pastor committee, than an administrative head. b.
