Meeting Minutes of the District 10 Council for March 3, 2013

Council Members Present: David Wolfenberger, Towa Lee, Eric Sylte, Mike Faris, Richard Stumpf, Mike Lancey, Jai Na Fiala (speaker phone,) Larry Krishnek, Sarah Nishioka. Council Members Absent: David Burgess

Agenda Item #1: Overall vision of governance Discussion: Discussed the overall vision of governance of our district’s property.

Agenda Item #2: Job description for district pastor Action: Rev. Krishnek will send an email to the council that consist of a job description that includes the unique role of our district.

Agenda Item #3: Financial report about windermere. Discussion: The financial committee will have a conference call 3/7 and discuss the next step for windermere.

Future Agenda Items: 1. 3/17 Finance committee will give a yearly report to the community 2. Report on the results of talking to Rev. Jenkins about church property, 3. Report on the talk to Rev. Balcomn about the search of a new district pastor. 4. Finalize District pastor’s job description
