Unveiling the new book: True Parents in America, A chronology 1965-2022

I’m back from Korea. It was a pleasant trip for me.
As you can imagine, it is a beautiful season to be in Korea
I was invited to Korea to present an academic paper at one of the UPF/HJAF (Hyojeong Academic Foundation) conference sessions. I may have written you already about the paper. It was well received. If I’ve not already sent it to you, I can if you’d like.
On the evening before my departure, I was offered the chance to remain for additional days and I agreed to extend my stay. Minutes later I learned that True Mother (Mrs. Moon) invited collaborators to her quarters to offer a project three years in the making.
A team of 6 spent approximately three years creating a detailed chronology of True Parents’ life in America.
The book was completed and printed only days before these early-May events in Korea. The offering of the book was meant to be part of the celebrations. (I had worked for three years on the project before shifting from full-time to ‘available” between January and the final detailed reviews that were carried out between January and May by 4 of the 6 team members.)
The book is 588 pages, and has over 7,000 sourced entries for the over 9,000 days True Parents (Father and Mother Moon) spent in America between 1965 and 2022.
By razor-thin timing and blessing, I ended up included among the team members present in Korea at the time of the invitation.
True Mother graciously welcomed 5 of us and spent approximately two hours teaching us before moving on to other meetings. Bishop Kim, Ki Hoon translated.
God bless you
