The garden that opens up the deepest realms of heaven; the lord who opens the gate to the realms of loyalty and filial piety
The lord of loyalty and filial piety, who opens the gate to the garden, the garden which (in turn) opens up the deep (or deepest) realms of Heaven
He will open and liberate the deepest heaven and turn it into a flower garden as the lord who opens the gates of loyalty and filial piety. Image source
At his World Seung Hwa Ceremony at Cheongpyeong on March 19, 2008, Rev. Chung Hwan Kwak said Hyo Jin Nim is
“Truly a filial son who loved True Parents and completed the dutiful way of a loyal son.”
Washington, DC, Bloc Advisor Bishop Ki Hoon Kim reported True Father’s words on March 17, 2008 explaining that True Parents have announced that

Hyo Jin Nim is assigned as the gatekeeper who welcomes Family Federation members into the Kingdom of Heaven.
True Father said in his prayer April 18, 2008:
Heung-Jin has worked very hard as the main responsible person [in the Spiritual World], united with True Parents. From now on, Hyo-Jin as the elder brother will cooperate with Heung-Jin and even help the people who are living in the most miserable environment.
Hyo-Jin is called “The Lord of loyalty, filial piety and the liberation of the whole spiritual world” in the position of True Parents in the spiritual world. Through the unity of both (Heung Jin Nim and Hyo Jin Nim), the resurrection of spiritual beings will be easier and quicker.

True Father explained the following about Hyo Jin Nim in his message

Hyo Jin Moon Tribute - Introduction Page 4 of 11
at Hawaii King Garden, Kona, Hawaii October 10, 2008 From this translation of a report at FFWPU Korea
He lived a most difficult and miserable life in this world but he was splendid. In order for him to liquidate his lack of duty to his parents, he made more than 10,000 songs. In his lyrics, he meant True Father by the words ‘My Beloved,’ whom he absolutely loved and was united with. He was the elder son whose three generation can be kings.
True Father explained the following in his message at Hawaii King Garden, Kona, Hawaii October 12, 2008 Unofficial notes by Rev. Michael Jenkins
Hyo Jin Nim knew that he had responsibilities, and he made mistakes. He thought that he could get help from me through True Mother. However, overall, he was a son of filial piety. Mother–son cooperation is a most serious providence at this time. True Children must come to me through True Mother. True Mother’s role is to unify them and bring them into oneness with me. …
We must understand the value of the True Family. We must remember that the Israelites had to put the blood of the lamb on their door. You must receive and accomplish this same kind of condition. The blood of True Parents’ son protects you and opens the way to the heavenly fulfillment of our responsibility. When Hyo Jin Nim went to the spirit world, I labeled him as the Son of Filial Piety to open the way to the Garden of Heaven. Hyo Jin Nim’s sacrifice was a condition to protect the blessed central families.
I came to Hawaii at this time for a providential purpose: To unify True Parents, True Family and the representatives of the Peace King, and to expand God’s sovereignty on earth. My timetable is exact and clear. You shouldn’t be influenced by the crisis in the world. Our path is clear. We must restore one nation. America is key to protecting the Pacific Rim and allowing the homeland to be unified. …
The Divine Principle teaches us that we must go from the levels of the individual, family, society, nation, and the world. I worked so hard so that the True Children could take their proper role. When one of the True Children dies, you think that it has nothing to do with you. Yet it is through the course of the True Family that your way to heaven is opened up.

Please listen to the following YouTube Video From the Album: Libera - New Dawn 2008. Soloist: Tom Cully The Gaelic Blessing, “May the Road Rise up to Meet You” May the road rise up to meet you, may the wind be always at your back, May the rains fall soft upon you and the sun shine warm upon your face, And true be the hearts that love you, peace ever with you and until we meet again - May the path light up before you and the clouds forsake the skies above, May the warmth of sun surround you and the stars shine bright to guide you home, And true be the hearts that love you, peace ever with you, and until we meet again - May God hold you in the palm of his hand. May He hold you evermore.
May the stars shine bright to guide you home.

Thank you for inspiring us, Hyo Jin Nim!
After you had passed through a particularly heartbreaking crisis in your life, I remember you told us, smiling, “It’s true. There is life after death.”
As you get to know another kind of life after death now that you have ascended into the Spiritual World, may you find that your life course here on earth has adequately prepared you for each sacred responsibility that Heavenly Father and our beloved True Parents will ever request of you.
