Memo: Hyojeong CheonBo Special Event in Las Vegas - Ancestors Liberation — Mark Hernandez

Following the Las Vegas Peace Starts with Me Unity Festival, the Hyojeong CheongBo team is coming back to America for a special Ancestors Liberation and Blessing at the International Peace and Education Center in Las Vegas. The event is a two-day workshop that will begin in the afternoon on Sunday, June 23, and end in the late afternoon on Monday, June 24.

The registration fee to attend the workshop is $25 for any adult over 18. Please register to attend here.

Here is a basic schedule of events (the complete schedule will be available soon):

Saturday, June 22:

Early Registration/ Check-in: 6:30-10:30 p.m. (after the Peace Starts With Me Unity Festival with True Mother).

Sunday, June 23:

Registration/ Check-in: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (after the Victory Celebration with True Mother).

HJ CheongBo Program begins at 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Monday, June 24:

HJ CheongBo 2nd Day program begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m.

Some important points to note:

Ancestors Liberation is now available up to 430 generations, for those who completed the liberation of 210 generations.

Ancestors Blessing is available for up to 378 generations that were liberated at least 100 days prior to June 24. Basic explanation about liberating and blessing 430 generations by Foundation Day 2020 can be found here.

The Ancestors Liberation and Blessing forms can be downloaded here. Once filled out, please send your forms and payment as soon as possible, so they can be processed correctly.

The first day of the event includes HJ CheongBo education sessions and a Chanyang session. This day does not include Ancestor Liberation or Blessing Ceremonies.

In order to complete the Liberation and/or Blessing, you must have your forms submitted and processed at the start of the 1st day (June 23, at 1:00 p.m.), and attend the ceremonies on the 2nd day (June 24).

Ancestor Blessing is an opportunity that True Parents established to share the Marriage Blessing with our family members and ancestors who were not able to receive it during their lifetime. On June 23-24, we will have the unique opportunity to participate in the “Hyojeong CheonBo Special Event” Ancestor Blessing that will take place in Las Vegas.

Ancestor Liberation Ceremony

Ancestor Liberation is the initial process of sharing the Blessing with our ancestors.

To join the Ancestor Liberation Ceremony, fill out the Ancestor Liberation Form and send it to the appropriate location. Forms must be sent in advance of the event. The conditions necessary for Ancestor Liberation can be viewed in the FAQ. Contact the event coordinator for further details about the ceremony.

Chan Yang Sessions

The Chan Yang Session is a ceremony by which we cleanse our spirit.

The Chan Yang Session will be held in conjunction with the Ancestor Liberation Ceremony. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join for this chance to cleanse ourselves and the spirit of America.

Ancestor Blessing Ceremony

The Ancestor Blessing Ceremony is when our ancestors receive the Blessing, and takes place 100 days after the date of Ancestor Liberation.

Hyojeong Wish Fulfillment Papers

True Parents’ established the tradition of Hyojeong Wish Fulfillment Papers based on their concern for the wellbeing of our families.

This event will be an opportunity to write a Wish Fulfillment Paper and make the donation. A condition is also associated with writing a Wish Fulfillment Paper, which can be found on the Cheongpyeong website.

When you offer one (or more) Wish Fulfillment Papers and participate in the Offering Ceremony, the sinful records of your Blessed ancestors will be erased. The content of the Wish Fulfillment Paper can be for anything —it does not need to be about the ancestors.

Blessing Between Spiritual & Physical

This event will be an opportunity for a Spirit World and Physical World Matching, Blessing, and Education to Start Family. See the FAQ for more info.

The 2-day Ancestor Liberation and Blessing event will take place from Sunday, June 23 at 1:00 PM to Monday, June 24 at 4:00 PM.

There will be early registration on Saturday, June 22 from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM, after the Peace Starts With Me rally. Additional registration will be available on Sunday morning, June 23, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, after the Victory Celebration.

The Sunday program will run from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and the Monday program will run from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Many questions about Ancestor Blessing can be answered on the Cheongpyeong website here and here. If you have logistic questions about a local event, please contact the event coordinator.

How can I participate?

Anyone can participate in one of the events by registering for the event.

To participate in the Ancestor Liberation, fill out the Ancestor Liberation Form and send it to the appropriate location. Forms must be sent in advance of the event. If forms are submitted at the event, the ancestors will be liberated or Blessed at Cheongpyeong at the next workshop, not at the U.S. program.

How can I find my Ancestor Liberation records?

You can also go directly to the Cheongpyeong website and log in to find your family’s Ancestor Liberation records. If you don’t know how to access records, please read this tutorial.

If you have not yet created an account, contact Cheongpyeong by email at cpintl2013@gmail.com. In the message, include your country, full name of husband and wife, Blessing group, other family members doing the Ancestor Liberation with you, and the specifics of your request.

Always keep a copy of your Ancestor Liberation Registration Form for your own records.

Who can participate?

All Blessed Families are invited and encouraged to participate in this unique opportunity. Blessed Children can participate on behalf of the family.

Participants must:

• Be 18 years or older

What are the conditions for Ancestor Liberation?

1. Offer 21 days of 50 full bows. In the case that bowing is not possible, offer 21 days of breakfast fasting.

2. Offer the liberaton donation. To calculate the accurate amount, please visit the Cheongpyeong website (click here).

How much is the donation amount?

North America is part of Group 1. Please see “How to calculate liberation and blessing donation and registration fee” on the Cheongpyeong website (click here).

Please note:

• These donations are not tax deductable.

• Checks may be cashed in Korea.

• When calculating payment for liberation and Blessing, there is no need to add $25, as this is included in your registration fee to participate in the event.

Basic explanation on how to complete 430 generations by 2020 Foundation Day.

May the blessings of Heavenly Parent and True Parents be with you.

1. The completion of ancestor blessing of 430 generations vertically until Year 2020 Foundation Day For the completion of the ancestor liberation and blessing of 430 generations by the Foundation Day in 2020 (February 6, 2020, by the solar calendar), the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind bestowed the great grace of accelerating the current method of liberating and blessing each set of seven generations ancestors. (September 20, 2018, at Cheon Jeong Gung). The True Parents of Heaven Earth and Humankind bestowed the grace that the blessed families can complete the ancestor liberation and blessing of 430 generations, receive the support from their ancestors who became absolute good spirits, and receive heavenly fortune for the restoration of the spirit world and earthly world and the restoration of the realm of Heavenly Parents’ absolute good lineage centering on the blessed families. All blessed family members in the spirit world and on earth can go together gathering strength to bring victory for Vision 2020.

1) Complete Liberation and Blessing of 1 – 210 generations. - Members must first complete all liberation and blessing up until 210 generations. - This includes completing ALL back payments. - Please check with the International Office to check if you have any back payments

Rates and procedure to apply for liberation and blessing for 1-210 generations remains the same.

If you are unsure what group your country belongs to please contact the International Office.

2) What if I completed liberation and blessing until 210 generations?

Liberation - Liberation until 430 generations is divided into two phases. - Phase 1: Liberation until 378 generations from December 2018. - Phase 2: Liberation until 430 generations from May 2019.

- Phase 1 will begin in December 2018. - In December 2018, a new set of ancestors, 323-329 generations will be ready to be blessed. - Members who will be applying for ancestor blessing in December, will automatically have liberated ancestors until 378 generations. - Liberation until 378G is only automatic when members apply for ancestor blessing from 204G onwards. - If members do not have ancestors to bless in December onwards, members would have to apply for the liberation. However, only one time workshop fee of $25 is needed. There is no liberation fee. - Same goes for Phase 2 in May 2019 which the liberation will be until 430 generations.

Blessing - Blessing will only be possible after 100 days has ended, beginning from May 2019 for the liberation for Phase 1. - It is not necessary for members to bless all ancestors in one workshop but members can apply for the Ancestor Blessing Ceremony depending on each member’s situation (E.g. blessing a few sets of ancestors each month). - Donation for blessing for each set is $25 workshop fee + blessing fee (depending on your country group standard). For example if a member from USA (Group 1 rate) would like to bless 5 sets of 7 generations under one workshop then the fee will be ($25 + $70) X 5 = $475. - Blessing of Phase 2 (379-430 generations) will be possible from October 2019 until 2020 Foundation Day.

Extra Information - It is not necessary to do liberation in December 2018 (but recommended). Members can apply for liberation of Phrase 1 and 2 in any of our 2 days weekend workshop. - But because this special grace is until 2020 Foundation Day, in order for ancestors to be ready for the last ABC by 2020 Foundation Day liberation MUST be applied for in October 2019. - It is important for members to take note of when the ancestors’ 100 days workshop ends.
