Reminder and Explanation about the International Matching Website David Hanna and Orlande Schenk December 8, 2017

Dear Blessed Families,

We would like to remind you of the new International Matching Website for Blessed Children. Please find the official memo attached.

The address for the new International Matching Website for Blessed Children is: www,bfmatch,org The new matching website will replace the current /old matching website (www,bcmatching,org), which was shut down this month. Therefore, we strongly recommend that all Blessed Children who would like to be matched, register on our new matching website (www,bfmatch,org ). Please be aware that the data from the old / current site cannot be transferred to the new site, therefore registration on the new site is required.

To register on the new site: 1. Any Blessed Child wishing to be matched can register on the new site www,bfmatch,org 2. The applicant (BC) should wait a short time for approval by the webmaster. (Approval will be given upon verification that the applicant is a Blessed Child). 3. Once webmaster approval is received, the applicant will be able to access and complete their online profile. At this stage, the profile is not yet visible to others. 4. Once the applicant has completed their profile, the parents of the applicant can register and create their own profile (called a “parent profile”). 5. After the Blessed Child’s profile is completed, the webmaster will confirm their status as completed ‘Applicant’ and their profile will be visible to other parents. The parents’ profile will also be approved at this stage.

6. The BC’s parents will be able to look for other confirmed ‘Applicants’ on the matching site.

The webmaster for European applicants on our matching websites is Doreen Waldmann. She will be in touch with those who have registered on the website. If you have any further questions concerning either of the matching websites, feel free to contact her at any time at webmaster@ esgd,org

We would advise Blessed Children thinking of going through the Blessing or matching process, to read the section on the Blessed Family and Education Department’s website about the Blessing application: www,bfedeu,org/application-2g/. We recommend that Blessed Children ideally go through the Blessing application before starting a matching process, as the application itself is an important spiritual condition and is essential preparation for the matching and Blessing.

For this reason, we want that all applicants also complete their Blessing Interview and Confession before starting a matching process. Please contact your national BFD leader to make an appointment.

May our Heavenly Parent and True Parents’ blessings and love be with you all. We would like to announce that an international matching website for blessed children has been opened with the hope that it may serve as a platform of communication between blessed families worldwide and result in the vitalization of international matchings. Your cooperation in guiding many Blessing candidates and their parents to register to the website, will be greatly appreciated.

1. True Parents’ Words Today is Ssang-ship Jeol (“Day of twinned number 10s”), which indicates the complete unification of heaven and earth. With absolute faith, absolute love and absolute obedience, we must resolve what God used to hate the utmost. What do we have to do after resolving it? The fallen families should be completely liberated, pass through the realms of the first, second and third Adams, and attain the realm of the fourth Adam. In order to attain the realm of the fourth Adam, we must indemnify all our sins independently, and then we must be able to report to God autonomously. Such an era has come. Therefore, we should pray in our own names from now on. Couples who pray in their own names must give the Blessing to their own children…. Blessed families worldwide have received the benefit of being able to give the Blessing to their own children in the future. You must realize that this Ssang-ship Jeol is the starting point. 2. International Matching Website Background During Ssang-ship Jeol in 1999, True Parents passed on the authority to match blessed children to their parents. On January 4, 2001, Father proclaimed the “Era of Parents Taking Responsibility for 2nd Generation Matching.” In the dawn of this Cheon Il Guk era, it is essential that parents pass on the Blessing tradition of absolute faith, absolute love and absolute obedience to the next generation through education and through their matching authority. This website is an improved version of the existing international matching website and has been developed and opened to generate smooth communication between blessed families around the world and vitalize matchings centered on Heaven’s tradition.

3. Outline of International Matching Website for Blessed Children A. Purpose: Invigoration of Blessing through communication between members of blessed families preparing for the Blessing B. Function: Registration, approval by manager, search, communication C. Target People: Blessed children and their parents D. URL : www.bfmatch.org

4. Qualifications Required for Registration in the Website A. Blessed Children 1) Children born from blessed parents 2) 18 years or older (Candidates are required to be 20 years old or more, based on the Blessing date, to participate in the Blessing Ceremony) * Candidates can register in the website even if they have not yet met the qualifications for a candidate as mentioned on p. 150 in International Standards for Blessed Family Administration. (p. 30 in the Korean Version) * Please note that ‘age 18’ is the standard minimum age to begin a matching procedure even though it is written as ‘17 years of age’ on p. 150 of the International Standards for Blessed Family Administration.

5. Regional and National Website Managers A. The role of regional and national website managers 1) Approval: Approve registration applications of Blessing candidates and blessed parents 2) Education: Provide education in relation to the qualifications for registration to the website 3) Management: Analyze and grasp the present state of communication between registered families and provide necessary support B. How to register regional and national website managers 1) Applicants must be recommended by the regional headquarters and should send their application to the International Headquarters Blessed Family Department. 2) They are officially registered as managers once approved by the International Headquarters Blessed Family Department.
