UN HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL (50th session) Venue : Geneva Output : Contributed official written and oral statements at the HRC, focusing on obstacles faced by women, especially during the Taliban emergency at the Emergency council session.
UN HUMAN RIGHTS INTERNSHIP (2nd Edition) Venue : Online Output : Published online Journal with extensive research on the issues of women’s rights abuse and constructive recommendations. Also conducted advocacy at the UNHRC along with an online Youth Forum Participants : 5 young professionals from 4 countries.
UN CSW 66 Venue : Online Output : Hosted side events and conducted Consultation day as the President (Mrs. Carolyn Handschin) of NGO CSW Geneva with actors such as UN Women, High Commissioner for Human Rights, Special Rapporteur on environment, NGO CSW Vienna, etc on the Main theme of the CSW 66. Created and published the advocacy resource tool to build capacity of civil society on the right to clean and healthy environment Participants : Youth, Grassroots activists, UN Human Rights Advocated, Ambassadors, Government Officials, etc
UN INTERGOVERNMENTAL MEETING ON THE RIGHT TO DEVELOPMENT Venue : UN Geneva Output : Contributed through official written and oral statements at the formal sessions, to the debates and process of building the International Convention on the Right to Development, developed to being a binding milestone human rights instrument.

YOUTH PEACE CONFERENCE (2nd Edition) Venue : Online Output : WFWPI UN Office Geneva organized the WFWP Youth Peace Conference - Korean Peace Accord on the 19th and 20th of August 2022, with various special sessions during the conference. This included interactive sessions with experts on the issues of concern, diplomacy, Peace building measures, etc. A Peace accord was achieved with written resolutions for peace and reconciliation. Participants : 100+ Youth (International and Korean Delegates & International audience)

UN ADVOCACY WORKSHOP AND UN SOCIAL FORUM Venue : Geneva Output : The workshop was organised parallel to the UN Social Forum 2022 on the 3rd and 4th of November, 2022. The venue for the workshop shall be the WFWPI UN Office Geneva. The workshop covered topics such as : Introduction to Advocacy at the UN, The role of youth and their leadership at the UN, Obstacles for Youth leadership, Personality Development and Public Speaking, Negotiation and Mediation and Strategy building. The agenda involved the participation of the youth in the Social Forum at the UNOG who delivered statements as delegates of WFWPI, meeting with officials from UN Women, OHCHR, etc. Participants : 12 young professionals from 10 countries.

Engagements with CEDAW, UNHRC, etc on gender terminology through the “Gender terminology task force”-
NGO CSW Geneva Luncheon to work on inter-organisational advocacy for women’s rights with CEDAW, UN WOMEN AND Government of Geneva
Accomplishments Reached over 200 plus youth on programs such as Youth training on UN Advocacy, Curriculum training, Human Rights Internship program, Youth Peace Conference and Youth Conference for UN CSW.
Engaged in advocacy at the UN on serious Human Rights concerns in countries such as Nigeria, Lebanon, Jordan, UK, Canada and many more through our youth interns who researched and published advocacy journals.
Hosted the Youth Peace Accord with the focus on Peace in the Korean Peninsula with Young People from Korea and all over the world, delegating as world leaders who achieved a successful peace agreement and unification plan.
Through the NGO CSW Global Youth Conference with a main leadership of WFWPI, we were able to prepare and engage nearly 150 young people for the UN CSW 2022
100% of our participants of our UN Advocacy training program at the UN in Geneva who also were provided with the opportunity to speak as a delegate of WFWPI at the UN Social Forum 2022 reported that it is their first time at such a professional program, providing both skill development and opportunity to be at the UN and voice their demands for a better world at the UN.
Through our UN Advocacy at the UN Intergovernmental Working Group on the Right to Development and the Expert Mechanism on the Right to Development, we were able to provide constructive inputs for the protection of development and human rights and be included in the formal reports of the UN every single time.
Through our event at the Geneva Peace Week, we were able to demonstrate and invite participants to engage in cooperation to build a peace zone at the DMZ, where women can meet from both the Koreas to exchange culture, peace practices and promote unity.
