Mrs. Mitty Tohma, WFWP Europe Vice-President Her activities range from promoting women’s leadership, valued based education programmes, empowering youth and civil society. She has organised meetings in the UK parliament to address issues of Domestic violence, empowerment, and th e dignity of women. She jointly founded the Youth Achievement awards held annually at the UK Parliament. She has been actively promoting our flagship project the ‘Young Women’s Speech Contest’; Organising the WFWP UK’s involvement in the ‘1% Love Share Project’ humanitarian assistance for children in need; she initiated the ‘Jordan Relief Refugee Project’ to raise funds to help women and children who have fled from war and oppression .

Dr. Julia Moon, President, Women’s Federation for World Peace International

Julia Moon has been serving as Director General of Universal Ballet since 1996 and is Vice Chairwoman of the Sun Hak Educational Foundation, responsible for the administration of Sun Hwa Arts Middle and High Schools and five other schools in Seoul; Co-Artistic Director of the Kirov Academy of Ballet of Washington, DC, and of Universal Ballet Academy in Seoul. Recipient of numerous awards, including th e International Society for the Performing Arts’ International Citation of Merit. President of Women’s Federation for World Peace International since 2019.

The Mirae Team, Presenting their Survey of Korean Youth on ‘’Reunification’’ ‘The Mirae’ is a project of Women’s Federation for World Peace {WFWP) Korea, which is aimed at young people aged 20s to 30s. Based on WFWP’s vision to realize one global family rooted in a culture of sustainable peace, we are planning activities to foster the next generation of women and up lift positive influence on Korean society.

Mr. Tomas Ojea, United Nations Special Rapporteur on DPRK, OHCHR The current Special Rapporteur, Tomas Ojea Quintana (Argentina), was appointed by the Human Rights Council in 2016.

Mr. Ojea Quintana is a lawyer from Argentina working in the field of criminal law, human rights and public interest, representing NGOs and other groups in different cases, including child abduction by military regime, sexual abuses by members of the church, and business criminal liability for human rights abuses. He is currently the attorney of a universal jurisdiction case on the abuses against Rohingyas.

Ms. Christine Ahn, Founder Korea Peace Now, (invited) Christine Ahn, Founder and Executive Director of Women Cross DMZ, a global movement of women mobilizing to end the Korean War and ensure women’s leadership in peace building. Internationa l Coord inator of the Korea Peace Now! transnational campaign, which Women Cross DMZ launched in 2019 with three other feminist peace organizations. She has addressed the United Nations, the US Congress, Canadian Parliament and the ROK National Human Rights Commission. Her op-eds have appeared in The New York Times and The Washington Post, and she is a regular contributor on MSNBC, Democracy Now!, and CNN. Isabella Krapf, Vicechair-Korean Cultural Center, Vienna, Austrian harmonicist and harmonica teacher. In 2011 start ed to t each in North Korea. She had 120 students - all members of a theatre group. Austrian folk music, Jazz and Latin and also North Korean songs were performed by the harmonica ensemble. in 2011 and 2012, 15 students from North Korea came to Vienna to learn harmonica. They played concerts in Vienna, Graz, Great Britain and Germany. From 2011 - 2013 Isabella Krapf visited North Korea 4 times to teach harmonica . She took about 4000 unique photos there that were displayed in several exhibitions.
