Well, you are not alone, and in the upcoming “Peace Starts With Me” Online Workshop I am going to share the philosophy and tools that have helped me and many others to create a harmonious and compelling Life Vision that gives you the beliefs and drive to build the life and have the impact you have always wanted.
My name is Rafael Guignard, I am a 34 year old certified Life and performance coach. I am also a youth leader and community pastor in France. I have been a table tennis player and coach on a national level for the past 10 years. But most importantly I have been blessed to my wonderful wife, Domila Guignard, for the past 15 years and we have 3 young children.
Deep inside my heart, I have always desired to live a successful and fulfilling life in all areas, just as God and True Parents want us to live. I wanted to be physically, intellectually, emotionally and spiritually fulfilled while building a loving family and contributing to a better world. But many times I found myself feeling overwhelmed and actually very far from my ideals. I experienced success in many different areas, but often separately from, and unfortunately at the sacrifice and expense of, other important areas. Three years ago, when I started again to focus very strongly on my personal growth, I could see that improving myself was actually positively impacting every other aspect of my life. I started to have hope and believed again that it was possible to live a harmonious life according to the Three Great Blessings. The greatest breakthrough came when I started to create a future life vision by looking deep into my heart and imagining that everything that I truly want to be, do or have is really possible, and a harmonious life in all areas is really possible if I decide to design it in this way. I suddenly became a true co-creator of my life. I realised that my current reality was not aligned with that vision and started to make changes towards this new vision. Suddenly, I started living in a state like the vision was already there and felt guided and blessed on my path. I was guided to deeply explore my life in 12 different categories according to the Three Great Blessings and improve each single one of them by making them work together.
