The Cancellation of the July 1-July 16th Pathways to a Sustainable Future Project

We want to inform our network of friends about the recent decision to cancel the 4th Pathways to a Sustainable Future Project that was scheduled to take place in Paraguay on July 1 - July 16, 2018. While this program and its goals remain of great importance, we have recently been made aware of the plan for a significant July visit of Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon to Brazil. Dr. Moon’s speaking engagement and the events and efforts surrounding it will require a high degree of cooperation within the nation of Brazil and throughout the region. In support of those efforts being made in Brazil we are discontinuing our plans to run an international service project around the same time frame.
The Pathways to a Sustainable Future Project will re-schedule its event so that it will occur in the Summer of 2019. We realize this change of plans may be disappointing to some but we would like to encourage you to look into the programs and forthcoming events in Brazil that will culminate with the talk by Dr. Hak Ja Han. Those Summer programs will be a part of our unified efforts to create a spiritually rich culture, one where peace and sustainability are rooted in our community.
Please feel free to re-visit our website at: www, ledaproject, com or contact me directly at: johngehring2@ gmail, com for more information about the Leda Project and also about upcoming programs and service projects. If you want to receive our newsletter which covers news from the Leda Settlement please let me know.
To all of you who had hoped to be a part of this Summer’s Pathways to a Sustainable Future Project, I do apologize. We hope you will be one of those who join us in the Summer of 2019 for the next project. For those of you who would simply like to make a request to spend time at the Leda Settlement and/or visit nearby indigenious communities, please send me a note and I will make every effort to see what arrangements are available.
