It grows when we take responsibility for lifting others, resolving conflict, and fostering unity wherever we can. Your actions, your voice, your leadership—they matter. They have ripple effects far beyond what you may see.

This holiday season, I encourage you to reflect not only on what has been achieved but also on the role you play in shaping a more peaceful world. Every conversation you foster, every act of service, and every effort to build bridges strengthens the foundation for lasting peace.
