CARP USA Prays - One CARP for One America

2020-05-09 · Source: tparents.org

One CARP for One America In the last two years, I’ve traveled the most I ever have in my entire life. For nearly a month last year, I basically lived in New York and New Jersey. The year before, I spent a week touring the Midwest. In each area, I’m blessed to visit and experience our CARP chapters in their environment.

Although I’m missing a few chapters off of my travel bucket list, I have visited every major hub and a few smaller areas in between. I am floored always by their dedication, their outpouring of love, and their creativity in making each CARP activity a special one. Each CARP chapter I visited had its own unique strength and character, making each visit both exciting and special.

With the virus keeping schools closed and keeping our leaders at home (including me), this was the opportunity for CARP America to better connect with all of our leaders at once. And we got to hear from them what they hope CARP can be (pictured above), as we build a shared vision for CARP USA.

We collectively decided that we, as CARP America leaders, want to make CARP America a more unified experience, operating on more similar educational materials and with the same heart. Starting in April, CARP leaders from every chapter are participating in joint study and prayer together for 40 days, both to connect with CARP’s Founders’ vision for CARP and with each other as co-creators of the CARP America experience.

As we head into the final few weeks of the school year, CARP chapters will host their final meetings and activities and begin their summer retreats (virtually).

Stay tuned for more exciting announcements!
