Dear Brothers and Sisters, I hope you are all having an incredible week! If you haven’t heard yet we will be having our annual HyoJeong Family Fest! The HyoJeong Family Fest will take place at Belvedere Estates in Tarrytown, NY on Sunday, May 26, Memorial Day Weekend. Additional information on the event will be sent out later this week. The Family fest staff are looking for vendors who are interested
in selling their items at the event! There are 20 vendor spots available - 10 for food, 10 for crafts. The deadline to reserve your spot is May 5. The registration fee is only $50.00, which you pay at the end of the event. We are expecting over 1000 people to show up! This could be a good opportunity to fundraise for our community as well! Pleae expect to hear ack from u within 2-4 da of the umiion deadline to learn if our application to e a vendor ha een accepted or rejected.
DO I ND TO PAY A F TO A VNDOR?
The fee to e a vendor i $50. Pleae wait until the end of the event da to pa. Reimi Mizuguchi will go around to each ooth etween 4pm-5pm to ee how our experience wa and to collect the vendor fee.
A A VNDOR, CAN I XPCT TO HAV TAL AND CHAIR?
We will provide 1 tale (30”x8 feet) and 2 chair per ooth. If ou have igned up for 2 ooth pace, or two different kind of ooth, pleae note, the $50.00 vendor fee will e placed on oth ooth. Vendor can rent no more than 2 ooth pace.
WILL I PROVIDD WITH A TNT?
We cannot provide tent thi ear. We encourage all vendor to ring their own tent and to inform u of their tent dimenion in feet o we can fit them accordingl at the fetival.
WHR WILL VNDOR PARKING?
Vendor will have a parking ection up near the main field the Main Houe for their parking pace. It will e cloe to the vendor area for ea unloading and loading.

Firt, let u know ou need electricit electing “e” in the application. Then let u know what ou need the electricit for and we will do our et to provide enough wattacge for our need.

Ye. There are everal app depending on our moile device that ou can intall now and prepare in time for the fetival. Pleae do the reearch to learn if ou need to order or purchae a wiper for the card.
HOULD I PRPAR FOR RAIN?
Ye. A turd tent with a ack help keep the rain out. The event will take place rain or hine.
WHAT TIM HOULD I ARRIV TO T UP?
etween 7am – 8am. Door for the main event open at 8:30am. We cannot have car driving on to and off of the field after 8:30am. If ou are late, ou will not e allowed to et up for the da.

The fetival officiall cloe at 5:30pm. We ugget ou egin to pack up at that time.
