FFWPU Europe and Middle East Guidelines for Heavenly Tribal Messiah Work

Many greetings from the HTM Academy Europe Office.

We would like to first emphasise the internal aspect of Tribal Messiahship, as a basis for considering the Guidelines, numbers, etc, below. Ideally, in striving to fulfill our responsibility, we are looking to invest in people, stretch our hearts, and grow, to become more like our True Parents. Also, to grow together with the people we bring to the Blessing, especially after the Blessing, as we work together to transform our society. Then the numbers are important, but secondary to the deeper purpose described, and each and every couple we bless becomes so special in their own unique way. Then, secondly, Tribal Messiahship becomes a journey - into the realm of heart, and a journey which has no end, as God’s original true love flows into the life of each couple, and through them into their family and the wider society.

General Principle to be an Accomplisher A full tribe of 430 couples/families or more that have at least received the Holy Wine, and usually a Blessing prayer or benediction as well. • The ideal, and long term goal, is that all 430 of those families eventually complete all the steps of the Blessing • Furthermore that they remain in active fellowship with us on an ongoing basis. • We are not adding a “FFWPU Membership” criterion, however. If a couple is part of another spiritual community whose leaders are supporting the Blessing, that is also ok. Let them continue in the care of their mosque, gurdwara, temple etc.

To be recognized in Europe, we are saying there are two European levels, (Proclaimer and Accomplisher) and the third level (Victor) is to be recognized internationally.

Proclaimer in Europe • Has personally Blessed 43 couples who have received at least Holy Wine / Holy Nectar and Blessing Prayer locally, in our country of residence. If husband or wife is from a country other than our country of residence, we can include couples (relatives and friends) we have personally blessed there, and any spiritual children. • Proclaimers can (and should) receive national level recognition (to encourage them to continue their efforts). • This is based on many testimonies that the first 43 (or even the first 1, 3, 12) are the most difficult. • We want to get as many families started as possible. • To have liberated some of our ancestors, ideally liberated and blessed the 1st seven generations; or as an absolute minimum attended at least 1 Cheon Bo event.

Accomplisher in Europe • Start by being a proclaimer, see above, and go on to complete 430 or more blessed couples • The other 387 can come from anywhere, including Africa. In fact it may be the case that a couple has 43 local PLUS 430 from Africa making 473 couples • We can include 160 couples from the Blessings we gave during the late 1990’s. This will be taken on trust, even if we do not have the names of the couples, or the Certificate which was issued to some of us at that time. • We can also include those couples blessed by our direct spiritual children. • To have blessed at least 210 generations of our ancestors, and liberated 430 generations.

Victor (means Accomplisher in Europe PLUS International Recognition) To be recognized as a victor by TM, at the moment the working condition is that: • We have blessed 430 Couples or more (Holy Wine / Holy Nectar and Blessing Prayer at least) • 43 couples or more are blessed locally, in our country of residence (see above) • 43 of the couples, or more, must have completed all 7 conditions of the blessing. [Education, Donation, Holy Wine/Nectar Ceremony, Blessing Prayer, Indemnity Ceremony, 40-days separation and 3-day Ceremony.] • These two sets of couples do not have to be the same, but they could be • There is an understanding that the remaining number (387) are a work in progress and the HTM couple is committed to the ongoing care and education of all 430 • We have liberated and blessed 430 generations of our ancestors.

In short to be a victor in Europe and recognized by TM: 1. Bless, personally, 43 couples in our country of residence, or in the husband’s or wife’s country, if that is different from the country of residence. 2. Expand the Blessing to 430 couples in total. 3. Have at least 43 couples who have completed all 7 conditions. 4. Liberate and bless 430 generations of our ancestors.

Data Protection Because of data protection laws all record keeping is the responsibility of the Heavenly Tribal Messiah. We will not otherwise collect or keep personal data and we will not transmit data to Korea and Members are also advised not to do so at this time.

We hope these guidelines can be helpful for the benefit and success of HTM activities in our EUME region.
