Announcement of Personnel Appointment: Peter Zohrer, Elisabeth Cook, Kazua Canak, David and Patricia Earle

Today, True Mother approved the following three personnel appointments for the Europe and Middle East Region:

Peter Zöhrer has been reassigned from the position of National Leader of Austria to the position of “Director for the Department of Media, PR and Legal Affairs” for the Europe and Middle East Region. We thank Peter and Gaby for their long service as the national leader couple, and in particular for the great accomplishment of securing our permanent legal recognition in Austria as a “confessional community.” The new department of Media, PR and Legal Affairs will play a decisive role in raising the visibility and profile of our movement across all our 72 nations.

Elisabeth Cook has been appointed as “National Leader for Austria”. Elisabeth and Tony have long served with distinction and compassion in Vienna and we wish them all the best in this new expanded role. It is expected that she will be called along with others to attend the ‘new national leader training’ held by True Mother each year around Foundation Day.

Kazua Canak has been appointed as “Director for the Department of Hyo- jeong Arts and Culture” for the Europe and Middle East Region. Kazuha most recently served as conductor for our talented European choir and orchestra at the Seonghwa festival in Korea. We wish her and husband Elliot great success in this new and very important strategic role.

These appointments are effective from November 1, 2017.

Earlier, David and Patricia Earle have been approved to be appointed as “Directors for the HTM (Heavenly Tribal Messiah) Academy” for the Europe and Middle East Region. They have accomplished their own responsibility as Tribal Messiahs and will now help all our members to quickly do the same.
