WHATISPV? Project Volunteer is a nationwide public service sponsored by the Unification Church of America. The purpose of PV is to locate existing material resources and human services which can be used to asssist individuals and worthy religious, charitable and educational organizations in need. Project Volunteer has established local based networks which facilitate communication and cooperation between concerned individuals and various agen- cies providing human services. We believe that people themselves are the most valuable resource and that volun- teerism, citizen particifation, and local self-reliance are part o the solution to our current economic and social problems.
