Family Church of Connecticut: welcoming True Mother back to the Northeast USA

This past week, we had the profound honor of welcoming True Mother, Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, back to the Northeast for the first time in many years. Her stirring message reminded us of Heavenly Parent’s enduring dream: to live in harmony with Their True Children.

True Mother shared deeply about the path humanity must walk. She reminded us that, throughout history, wars and conflicts have kept us divided, unable to trust one another or live in peace. Despite this, Heaven has never given up. True Mother recounted how the Creator worked through the ages, sending His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to establish His kingdom on earth. Though that mission was unfulfilled, Heaven’s providence continued, leading to the birth of True Mother, the Only Begotten Daughter, in 1943.

Through incredible challenges, True Mother has dedicated her life to fulfilling Heavenly Parent’s dream, assuming the position of True Parent in 1960 and opening the path for blessed families and the realization of Cheon Il Guk. Over the past 12 years, she has worked tirelessly to establish a foundation for humanity to live directly with our Heavenly Parent, including creating a heavenly temple where They can dwell on earth.

True Mother also reminded us of America’s unique and sacred responsibility as the elder brother among nations. She urged us to wake up, rise above division, and lead the world in unity under our Heavenly Parent. “This is the time to serve our Heavenly Parent and the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind,” she said. “With America taking the lead, we can build a more constructive and ideal world together.”

Let us reflect on her words and commit to this providence, becoming True Children who can fulfill Heavenly Parent’s dream. Together, as a community, let us embrace this mission with faith, determination, and hope.
