District 4 Pastor Mika Deshotel's Installation at the Boston Family Church

We are happy to make this special announcement. As was mentioned this past Sunday, Mika Deshotel has accepted her appointment as the District Pastor of District 4! Her commitment to serve God and True Parents is evident in her service to the Bridgeport community, co-pastoring with Abraham and raising their four children there. She also has a long history of championing education through CARP, DP lecturing, and is near completing her masters degree in education. We’re also happy that she has a mind and heart for the whole district, having grown up in the Massachusetts family. We’re confident that with Mika’s leadership and your support we can make exciting developments to be proud of!

We also want to express our appreciation to Rev. Chris Hempowicz for his service. Through his leadership we have seen tribal messiahship rise to new heights and he has paved the way for new leaders like Mika to rise up at this time. Fortunately, he will continue to serve these next few months to make the transition as smooth as possible.
