Disney film 2016 with clear Principle content

Plot: Moana retrieves the heart and sails back to confront Te Kā (evil mountin monster). Maui returns, having had a change of heart, and buys Moana time to reach Te Fiti by fighting Te Kā, destroying his hook in the process. Upon being unable to find Te Fiti, Moana realizes Te Kā is Te Fiti, but corrupted without her heart. The ocean clears a path for Moana, allowing her to return the heart to Te Fiti, who heals the ocean and islands of blight.

Maui apologizes to Te Fiti, who fixes his hook as well as Moana’s boat before falling into a deep sleep and becoming an island. Moana bids farewell to Maui and Te Fiti, returning home and reuniting with her parents.

After placing a shell on top of the stack of stones placed by all previous chiefs, Moana takes up her role as chieftess and wayfinder, leading her people as they resume voyaging, accompanied by Maui.

 You shall LOVE the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. You shall LOVE your neighbor as yourself. - Math 22:37-39

According to the Principle of Creation, the flesh is the clothing of the spirit. Just as one discards worn-out clothes, the flesh is to be discarded when it has grown old and weak. Only the unclothed spirit self then enters the spirit world and lives there eternally.

Nothing material can live forever. Human beings are no exception; our bodies cannot live eternally. If human beings were to live on earth forever in the flesh, why did God create the spirit world as our final destination?

The spirit can grow only while it abides in the flesh. (comment Why!)

Thus, the relationship between the physical self and the spirit self is similar to that between a tree and its fruit.

When the physical mind obeys the spirit mind and the physical self acts according to the good purpose of the spirit mind, the physical self receives living spirit elements from the spirit self and becomes wholesome. /EDP p.48

Quote Those who deny God and the spiritual world become like wandering spirits, stating, “They wander around in the spiritual world like clouds. Just as clouds gather up and produce rain, they get together and create evil influence” /SMM Wandering Spirits April 30, 1981.

This metaphor illustrates how evil spirits congregate and can produce harmful influences when gathering together, reflecting the importance of understanding the nature of the spiritual world and our need for spiritual vigilance.

It emphasizes the necessity of establishing a strong connection with God and good spirits to counteract the adverse effects of these wandering spirits.
