I received this book as a gift when I was in Korea 2008-09 Pastor Hwang was then considered Korea’s best interpreter of the Providence. Even True Father praising him.

The Work of the Holy Spirit Two Thousand Years Ago and Today

1. Christanity´s early theological dilemmas

After Jesus died on the cross, he resurrected 3 days later Spiritually to do his holy work for forty days and then went up to heaven. Jesus promised his followers he would send The Holy Spirit.

At Pentecost people began speaking in other tounges.

But when would Jesus return?

The trinity emphasized Jesus Divinity rather then his humanity.

Definition of Pentecost The term Pentecost comes from the Greek Πεντηκοστή (Pentēkostē) meaning “fiftieth”. It refers to the Jewish festival celebrated on the fiftieth day after First Fruits, also known as the “Feast of Weeks” and the “Feast of 50 days” in rabbinic tradition.

The purpose of the Pentecost is to create the Kingdom of Heaven. Cheon Il Guk - 2013

What does Divine Principle say;

A person who has perfected his individual character becomes a temple of God, and the Holy Spirit abides within him. Living in oneness with God, he acquires a divine nature.

Jesus and the Holy Spirit are the True Parents who came to give rebirth to humanity in place of Adam and Eve. (cf. Christology 4)

For the sun to be darkened and the moon to lose its light means that the New Testament Word given by Jesus and the Holy Spirit will lose its luster.

She cleanses people’s sin, thereby atoning for the sin which Eve committed. Jesus, the masculine Lord, works in heaven (yang), while the Holy Spirit, his feminine counterpart, works on the earth (yin).

Christ must return in the flesh and find his Bride.

They will form on the earth a perfect trinity with God and become True Parents both spiritually and physically.

They will give fallen people rebirth both spiritually and physically, removing their original sin and enabling them to build trinities on earth with God as the center.

There is one body, but it has many parts. But all its many parts make up one body. It is the same with Christ. We were all baptized by one Holy Spirit. And so we are formed into one body.
